I'll start with the reef - it's incredible. Right at the pontoon there are 50-100 fish, and then - unreal beauty! My husband and I went to Dahab - oh, don't waste your money, swim with us for free! ; )
The beach is clean, there is a bar (burgers, fries, pizza, drinks). Three restaurants - varied, satisfying, even once there were crabs.
The territory is very green, a variety of plants, giant cacti, a staff of gardeners is working, and not like in other hotels - a lawn, 3 bushes and a stone))
Hotel: not a single chipped paint or any other untidy anywhere. Interesting "houses" - buildings with arches and wooden shutters. Rooms: Some of the furniture is worn. Otherwise - excellent, normal tiles, plums, souls, plumbing, everything is working.

Italians: I didn't see any difference in attitude. Everyone smiled, helped at the first call, joked. Maybe you just need to address the staff with a smile and politely, and not with a sour face and rudeness, huh? ))
Animation: yes, Russian-speaking is not provided. But water aerobics and bachata on the beach do not require knowledge of the language. Our girls and women joined and everyone was happy with them))
Conclusion: we want to come back here!
