Второй раз в этом отеле - очень разочарованы! Second time at this hotel - very disappointed!

We purposefully flew to this hotel for the second time (for the first time in 2016 everything was very sincere, cultural and really liked the reef and the beach (compared to the reef in Sultan Garden). Now, being in the bar near the reception, I am completely disappointed by the attitude of the staff to the Slavs. The hotel is focused exclusively on Italians!! ! Animation, service both in the bar and on the beach are the priority of the Italians, and only then they notice us. Boorish attitude, extortion of money at the bar, general emphasis that you are second class ( compared to Italians), etc. Regarding the numbers, nothing has changed compared to 2016, there is dirt in the corners, mold in the sink and other delights, except that then all kinds of animals were played for a dollar, now nothing!
In fairness, it is worth noting that the hotel is being actively renovated: they change locks for card keys, mattresses, TVs, minor repairs are underway, and sunbeds on the beach are being updated. But! Most likely, this is due to the reorientation towards the Italians. Would I like to come here again? Not! Not! And again no!! !
