If I had left a review in the first 2 days of my stay at the hotel, I would probably have put 2 points)). But everything turned out to be generally not so bad and the overall impression is rather positive.
I'll start in order. The check-in went terribly, we were rescheduled for the flight 3 hours earlier and at half past five in the morning we were already at the hotel. Bracelets were put on us only at 10 am!! ! Exactly when breakfast was over! After that, there was no place to eat for another hour. Tourists from Kharkov slept at the reception. Tourists from Italy, of course, had no such problems. They were greeted with refreshing drinks. When we rested 2.5 years ago in Sharm (the hotel was 4 *), we arrived at 11 at night and were fed, and then there was a feeling that, to put it mildly, we were not very welcome.
The rooms are not that 5 stars, and 3 * do not pull (amendment - most rooms). I knew about the old number of rooms, I knew which rooms were good (beginning with 3 and 4) and found out how much tourists paid extra for them (tips are about $ 20-30), but we were kicked off 10 times at the reception desk (wait 10.20, 40 minutes . ), and then they announced the price - $ 17 / person. day. We didn't buy at that price. Nothing was paid for our number 8255.

Room cleaning was superficial. Rubbish was on the floor when we checked in and was left when we checked out. Very dirty mirrors and glasses, furniture is old, everything is dusty. A separate topic is the pigeons on the second floor. The first 2 nights I did not sleep, then I slept with cotton pads in my ears) Otherwise, nothing.
Now the pros:
Large, very beautiful and well-groomed area, where to walk, cool views.
Good reef, lots of fish, shore entry and pantone, but the pantone is not stable.
Delicious, varied food! The cuisine is mostly Italian. Italian chefs work on pasta. Almost everything we've tried has been very good. Pasta, fruits, salads, risotto, sweets are just super! There are seafood.
Friendly, hard-working staff on site, in bars and restaurants.
Live music in the evening at the bar near the reception, incl. in Russian.
Delicious coffee at the bar! The barista is simply chic, always smiling, although he has a lot of work.
3 restaurants + several paid ones. Cool grill restaurant (works for dinner). We almost always went to the Citadel with a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, it's cleaner and nicer than in Giaconda near the reception, newer furniture.
There is entertainment (once we got to a fire show and a disco on the beach), but the Russian-language animation works very poorly. Something happened in the hotel, but we were not aware of it. All kinds of stretching, exercises, Aqua aerobics were also always carried out by Italian animators. But I still sometimes took part. And in general, the hotel is focused on Italians, entertainment for them, cool theater every day, great animation... All the staff know Italian.
Another nuance - the beach resembles the beaches of the South Coast))) The sunbeds are very close to each other, the hotel is 100% full, there are a lot of people and it is difficult to find free sunbeds after 8 in the morning.
And also the Italians are very loud and it seems that they are 90% in the hotel))) It can strain someone)
In general, if you take a good room (preferably immediately from a travel agent), then you can go to this hotel. But don't expect cleanliness.

We paid $ 1015 for two for 6 nights, departure from Kharkov, earlier booking. There are practically no burning people here, the hotel is quite popular. As for me, it is not worth paying more than $800 for a hotel.
