We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning, we were given bracelets only at 10 (until that time you can’t even get water anywhere), and we were checked into the room at 13:30. "Room" - The rooms are old but the beds are comfortable. The key to the room is only 1. The mini bar is empty upon arrival (although it was written that it was full upon arrival). There is no cold water in the shower. No, it does not flow only boiling water, but when it is completely switched to cold, the water flows warm. Air conditioning in the room is good.

"Cleaning" - cleaning in the room is normal (for 3+). For 14 days the balcony was cleaned 1 time. The bed was not changed.
The towel was only changed if it was lying on the floor.

The beach is a different story altogether. The rules say: "It is FORBIDDEN to occupy the sunbeds until 8:00 if the towel lies on the sunbed for more than 20 minutes, the beach worker picks it up", but in fact, if you did not come to the beach before 8 in the morning, at best you will find a sunbed in the sun, in at worst, you will sit on the sand. Again, this is if you are not Italian. I personally witnessed how the beach worker removes the towels from the sunbeds because the Italians had no place to lie down. The pontoon on the beach is in dire need of repair. "Food" - there are no complaints about restaurants at all. The food is very tasty. Service for 5. Also on the beach and pools there are snacks, also of good quality.

"Bar" - full-fledged bars do not work everywhere. Only on 2 pools, on the beach, at the reception, in the water park and at evening animation.
On the rest, you can find water in the machine and that's it.

"Wi-Fi" - ONLY AT THE RECEPTION AND WORKS TERRIBLY!!! ! "

"The work of the receptionist" - not unequivocally. Everyone smiles, speaks Russian, when we needed a taxi, it arrived in 5 minutes (this is a plus). But when we forgot the key in the room ...I went to the reception, explained the situation, they answered me "do not worry, this is not a problem, go to the room in 5 minutes a person will come and open your room. " After 15 minutes no one came to us. I again went to the reception and saw surprised eyes "and what has not yet been opened, wait a couple more minutes, they will open it for you now. " As a result, 2 (!!! ) hours passed like this. I ran for 2 hours with a 5 year old child back and forth.


"Animation" - if you are an Italian, then 24/7 attention is provided to you (if you wish), you will spend your vacation excellently. BUT if you are not Italian (well, understood in short).
There is animation for Russian-speaking vacationers, and judging by the words of the animators, they do everything possible, but they are not given freedom of action. The kids club is located near the water park (on the territory of Sentido) it is a small house in which a small TV shows a cartoon in Italian. Children are not taken to the water park (they say they are not allowed). On the beach, animators offer darts, volleyball and water aerobics jointly with the Italians.
