In general, this is the first experience in Egypt. The hotel is beautiful with fauna, sea, reef. Excellent food. That's all for the good. Let's start with arrival: we arrived tired at 20-00 (the plane was delayed for 8 hours), asked for a good room (put $ 5 in the mouth). We were taken to the standard room 8256. We are not picky people, but the room is so-so, everything is dead, there probably hasn’t been repairs for 15 years, the furniture is shabby, the refrigerator barely freezes, the air conditioner is stored normally.
But that's not all, we arrived with a child of 10 years old, 2 + 1, and in the room everything is 2 sets and one large bed. I told the porter right away, he said that 10 minutes and disappeared forever. Then I called the reception desk 2 times, the answer is the same: 10 minutes and everything will be fine. After waiting for half an hour, we could not stand it and went to dinner. Came back - no bed! ! They spat on everything and fell to sleep from fatigue on the same bed. Complained to the guide in the morning. Some Mustafa came with a mattress and started laying it on the floor. I pushed him out and said that if he didn’t drag the bed, then I would drown him in the pool (which he didn’t understand in principle), but he dragged the bed.
