I finally got back from the trip and can write a review. So, first about the good.
We rested with two families with children (9 months, 9 years old and a child of 9 years old as well). The Reef oasis beach hotel was advised to us by several travel agents. We have already flown to Sharm 5 times and, of course, we know something. Moreover, we have already been to Reef oasis blue bay. The territory of the hotel is very green and well-groomed! Well-groomed - not that word! Constantly someone waters something, breaks through, cuts and cleans. Unrealistically beautiful flowers, palm trees, incredible cacti and much more. There are no questions - one delight! It's great that there are pools for children, smoothly turning into adults. For us it was important, because. it was convenient to be in the water with a little girl and look after the older children swimming in the deep part of the pool.
Very cool water park! Really a lot of emotions) rife from the heart! Again, there is a children's water park, there is an adult. Polite staff on site, helpful waiters. They will always offer and bring a highchair, they do not expect gratitude (naturally, I want to thank you right away). Entrance to the sea from the shore! Class!! ! The little one flopped on the shore with pleasure! There were practically no fish and she was not afraid! Water is the purest! There were enough sun loungers, in general... but you had to take places, if you want, in the shade, immediately after an early breakfast, otherwise you will be where you can...

Now for the bad. About what overshadowed the rest and left an unpleasant aftertaste to such an extent that we don’t want to go to Egypt anymore!
1. We arrived at the hotel in the morning. Hours at 9.00. We immediately flatly refused to wear bracelets. Hungry and tired, we settled down together with a manual borohl and a stroller with a child in the reception hall. We were told that the bracelets would be put on no earlier than 10.00.
Maybe everything is right. We shouldn't wear bracelets before check-in. So what about hospitality? Those. don't wear bracelets so that we don't have time to eat before 10.00? OK. Perhaps this is how it should be (the first hotel of all 5 *, in which we were, which did this). They also settled us at 14.00, of course. By the way, even for "gratitude" they did not want to give rooms in new buildings, while the Kazakhs were given rooms in new buildings for "gratitude"... So our room was old, there were holes on the curtains (who cares to know this), in the toilet with the shower was chipped. . . dirty, the safe didn't work. They called the masters... thank God, the air conditioner worked. Hooray!

Further - a minus in the territory, a cat. we did not take into account when choosing a hotel. From the mountain to the mountain! With a stroller! If there was an elevator in Reef oasis blue bay, then it is not here!! ! It is quite tiring to run with a stroller to the sea and to the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant! In the main restaurant, the food, surprisingly for a hotel of this level, is so monotonous! That every day, when we came to eat, we knew exactly on which tray, on which side, what was lying! And there it really lay! ))) Nothing else! And the same thing as yesterday, the day before yesterday and, moreover, will be tomorrow! ))))) But! On the 6th day of rest, we learned that we can also eat for free in a restaurant above the sea! I don't remember its name. And what was our surprise when we saw other dishes there! And those that were the same with the main restaurant were much tastier cooked! This restaurant, for example, had huge olives! Delicious! And in the main served small and terribly salty. The fruits were different, the pastry. . . was the pizza! Type 3! But the main thing was not... Awesomely delicious rolls !! ! By the way, there were more seafood here than in the main... And much more! It is a pity that we wandered there only on the 6th day of rest.
The reef. . . almost dead, apparently due to the fact that the yachts swim too close. . . a large number of yachts. In hotels, in a cat. we were earlier, the reef is much richer! People resting here again, unanimously say: "Fucked up. "
Room cleaning. . . yeaaa. . . But there was no room cleaning!!! ! The floors were never washed at all, probably. The ear stick both lay near the cabinet and lay until I picked it up (I didn’t touch it on principle - to check for what we leave a dollar every time), shampoo, etc. added 1 time! Towels were changed. But 3 took - 2 returned. The circus is just... Then 3 skins will be torn off for their towels upon check-out. I had to call the cleaner to "poke". Brought.
A separate issue is water. 1.5 liters for 4 people per day! After a showdown at the reception, they began to bring us 2 bottles of 1.5 liters to the room. I make porridge for the baby with water, gulls and just drink... it's hot! Again, the first hotel, cat. restricts us in the water. Usually they put bottles of water in the room and you can also take it at the bar, in the restaurant and wherever you want in general. Calm and free. Here - no.
Animation. . . not impressed. Children's animation is generally green longing. Worn out songs, cartoons on the canvas. . . everything. Adult - hug and cry. The scene about the mosquito will haunt us for a long time... The nonsense of a madman, honestly! Everyone who watched was shocked. . .

A separate issue is the attitude towards Italians. Unless they kiss them in one place here... It's a shame! We paid almost $2000. That is, how many times has it been that children stand in line for a sprite, their turn comes up and... oh-pa! They serve the Italian behind them! On the beach, the staff personally goes to them, looking for a place in the shade... and when they don’t find it, they move our tapchans !!!! ! Tin in general! Eh. . . but that's not all! I consider it necessary to describe the incident. I will describe only in order to reach out to the hotel workers and tell everyone who wants to fly here that such behavior of the staff is unacceptable !! ! Especially for a 5* hotel. A shame!
When we arrived, we discovered that we had forgotten change dollars at home. We had to thank the suitcase porter, but the room cleaner, on the first day - no. We decided to exchange, and then give. The next day, when I was shooting swimwear on the balcony early in the morning (we had 1 floor), my eyes fell on some piece of paper on the balcony door... my son also shouted at me in parallel, they say, look what's there! Yes, and there was some kind of thief before... the cleaner cleaned the wicker chairs from the balcony, then returned it... there was some kind of party in general. The husband looked at the picture, he was also outraged.
We went to the reception. They promised to take care of everything. The cleaner and the company, of course, they don’t understand Russian right away and are out of business) We were supposedly taken care of by security guards. 1 camera is looking at our balcony. Sideways, but looking. So. It's been 3 days. . . a call to my room. They asked to come to the reception. Without a husband!! ! Very strange... came. But my husband was waiting for me on the ground floor, in the lobby. The representative (Russian-speaking) Olga, the receptionist, translated the speech of the head of security for me... at first they solemnly apologized to me for the inconvenience and disappointment, and then they said that I myself hung this picture, because. there was no one there except me. . . I choked with indignation! So it was made from our room! The balcony doors open into the room. Opened-stuck-closed. This could be done by someone who has access to the room! Understand!
