There were no problems when checking in, since we arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, the room was renovated, 8302, LCD TV, 2 separate beds, 2 bottles of 1.5 liters of water, shampoos are all there, bathrobes and slippers are missing. They cleaned every day, the floor was not washed at all, never, they forgot to put a towel for the legs for all 7 days. I left $ 1 for cleaning, left a chocolate bar once, returned a second time and said that a dollar was better. Russian language cleaners do not understand.
This hotel is completely aimed at Italians, it's just some kind of horror, Italian music yells on the beach so that you can't hear your interlocutor, animation in the water for Italians, yells into the microphone so that after 15 minutes it just starts intolerance to the Italian language, they steal sunbeds serving staff for Italians, if there is no towel on it, but simply your things are thrown off on a table or on another sunbed, and your sunbed is taken away.
Sunbeds on the beach are as close as in the Iron Port, Yalta, whoever was, you understand, there is simply no way to pass. The pontoon is a separate conversation (thank God they began to completely change it at the end of our holiday), it was completely broken, and 3 people from our hotel broke their legs.

The food in 2 restaurants was monotonous and tasteless from the word at all, the grill restaurant saved the situation - it worked only in the evenings, the pastries were all the same type, for 7 days the same, the food was oriented mainly to Italians - different types of pasta, mashed potatoes were only 1 time, the queue was constantly at lunch, especially for meat there was a queue, they did not have time to cook. Fish was a couple of times, crabs and octopuses - no taste, fruits - apples, green bananas, no oranges, pomegranates, dates and melons.
Preference was given to the Italians even in the restaurant, they approached them and poured wine and water for them, but you yourself, if you want, need to go to the bar, no one approached you.
The pools in the water park - cold without heating, on the bar near the water park pool - I stood, and the Italians behind me, first served them, and then only me, as if I was not in the queue.
I won't come here for the second time.
There is no Wi-Fi in the territory, only in the lobby and very weak.
