We checked in at 13.00, and we arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning, they offered money for an early check-in - they refused us, they said that there were no rooms available.
The room is old and dirty, the tulle and curtains are all very dusty and stained, there was no hot water in the room, the beds are comfortable and the linens are clean, the room was cleaned 2 times during the entire stay - we have never seen anything like this in any hotel, although they left the dollar to the cleaner, but nothing has changed from this.
The food at the hotel was good both in taste and quality, but don’t expect delicacies, this is already a different price category))) We went to a restaurant near the reception, we liked it more than near the sea, the hotel clearly gives priority to Italian tourists, our tourists here are not held in high esteem))) All the waiters rush after the Italians and fulfill all their whims, but they do not notice the Russian speakers.

The territory of the hotel is large and very green, there are many palm trees, cacti and locations for beautiful photos, during our stay only one heated pool worked, all the other pools were dirty and cold, there was one bar near the reception and all this when the hotel was fully loaded! Everywhere there were queues and there was not enough space for everyone, the beach is very crowded and everyone is on top of each other, the beach is poorly cleaned and all the garbage is blown into the sea!
During our stay at the hotel, quarantine was introduced due to the coronavirus, after which the main restaurant stopped working and the food was delivered to the rooms, in connection with this, instead of 7 nights of rest, we spent 10 nights at the hotel, since the tour operator did not pick us up, but this is completely other story.
My opinion: the hotel enjoys its good location, but everything else is not really soared, there is no desire to return to rest here.
