Wi-Fi works at the reception, in the restaurant, water park, I would like the coverage to be bigger and better.
The staff is friendly and attentive: super funny and friendly animators (Vika, Ali, Karina and others - you are the best), manager Valeria is very customer-oriented and pleasant, chefs, waiters, bartenders, service staff are so responsive and positive that you want to return to hotel more than once.
The number of rooms is a bit tired, but all the other advantages of the hotel simply do not allow you to sit in the room and look for flaws. If you want a sea view or a family room - book in advance, the price difference is affordable. The hotel is very in demand, many go only to it, even with occupancy during quarantine of no more than 25 percent for Reef Oasis and only planning the opening of Sentido, the demand is very high, the rooms are taken apart in advance.
The biggest negative in the hotel is the guide from Join Apa, so many complained about him and now I understand why - an impudent, unbalanced boor. Better avoid it.

Prices will not write, everywhere successfully traded. From the hotel to the Old Town and Naama Bay, a taxi went for $ 2 one way, to Soho Square for 5.
