Rested in this hotel with her husband and friends (family with 11 children). Chose a hotel based on reviews and high ratings. The price is high, so we were sure that everything would be at the highest level. Arrived at the hotel early, settled in the afternoon in a twin room, my husband and I and a friend with a husband and child, also gave them a room for a family of three with two single beds! there was no bed for the child. Our rooms were paid for with one large bed, no one paid attention to it.

We went to solve the situation with the replacement of rooms at the reception. They said to come in two hours, then in two more, and later said that there were no rooms. Our disappointment knew no bounds. But we did not give up, told to let us talk to our guide. The guide also could not help but say that you can change 1 number the next day, and the second in 2-3 days. We agreed and went to rest.

We went into the room, and only the bed was changed there.

Garbage on the floor and the impression that it has not been washed for a long time. The toilet is all dirty, inside and out. I'm not used to this, this is the first time with us. Called the cleaner, he began to water the toilet from the bottle, the floor with water and rub it all with a dirty cloth. I filmed it all on video, as he did all this out of adversity and muttered something in Arabic under his breath. My nerves just gave up and I went to the reception in tears and show them these shots and what do you think? They immediately changed our room. It was a little better and cleaner than the previous one, but the mattress on the bed was so scary (torn and dirty) that it was scary and disgusting to sleep on it, but there was no way out. Friends changed the next day. In short, on the first day the mood was spoiled. They felt terrible hostility to Ukrainian tourists.

As for food: it is monotonous. I do not understand where these comments about great food, in fact it is no. Alcohol is of poor quality.
Beer on the beach in small plastic cups and it is diluted with water, completely tasteless. The service is seriously lame. So if you're used to good service, you're not here for sure. The only plus is the coral reef and the beach.
