First the pros. The territory is large and well-groomed. Purely. The beach and sea are wonderful. There are always free sunbeds, because the beach is huge. Food. Very tasty and varied. Drinks - non-alcoholic at the level, alcohol is very mediocre. The staff generally tries hard. The room has everything you need to relax. Purely.
Now for the cons. Settlement. We arrived in the morning in a crowd, therefore we did not really hope for a quick check-in, but what happened at the reception was just hell. People crowded and begged to settle them faster, they promised something, they persuaded, but the person at the reception was relentless and just got high, humiliating the guests. He sent everyone away, some for an hour, some for two. It doesn't explain anything in particular. We found a coffee bar ourselves. Then they went and asked us to put on bracelets. We found the beach, the dining room ourselves. Nobody explained anything. True, when we were already desperate to check in, new admins came and gave us the key to the room without any problems. But there was no briefing and at least a booklet describing the services and the regime at all. We found our number ourselves. We liked everything, but the sediment from the "warm welcome" remained. True, the sea, the beach, the pool and the food did their job and we relaxed and just rested
But the worst was in store for us before we left. In our room 7236 in the shower, I found two American COCKROACHES!!! ! (((Whoever saw them once will never forget. These are not our Prussians, but their size is 7-8 cm. In short, it’s good that we flew away. Here such a relaxing experience!! !
