We rested from 9 to 16 October together with my husband.
The weather is amazing. The air temperature was about +34 during the day and +27 in the evening. The bay where the hotel is located is actually almost windless. There was a slight breeze blowing through the hotel and the beach, but the sea was completely calm.
1. Check-in and check-out
We arrived around 8 am. The bracelets were put on immediately after filling out the questionnaire and invited to breakfast.
When checking out, they also did not remove the bracelets. We checked out the room at 12:00. Our transfer was at 16:00 and all this time we could go to lunch, use bars, swimming pools, etc.
If you want to keep the room after 12:00, then the surcharge until 18:00 is 40 euros, until 21:00 - 60 euros, after 21:00 - a full day is paid.
2. Rooms

We were checked in at 13:40. We booked the Preferred Promo Room. But there was some kind of mistake and we were settled in the wrong room (but with a sea view))) Room 7333. We found out that this was a mistake in the evening, when the hotel employee came and said to urgently come to the reception and that they are changing us number, and that we have 15 minutes to check them out.
As a result, as an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a room overlooking the pool. Number 7138. In fact, it was almost the same as the first one.
Air conditioners work well. Furniture is normal. The beds are comfortable. There is a minibar, but not stocked.
Nobody was given money for a quick check-in or for a better room.
3. Staff
Generally no complaints. Everyone is positive, smiling, not too intrusive (as far as it is possible for the Egyptians))) In general, it seems to me that the Egyptians are a kind of mirror)) And how you treat them, so they treat you. Any question can be easily solved with a smile and the solution will be 100 times faster and better than through a scandal))
4. Sea and beach
Awesome sea! Awesome reef! There are many beautiful colorful fish that swim as close as possible)) We have seen: a variety of parrots, butterflies, clown fish, surgeons, picasso rynecant, aboudefduf, needle fish, stingray, moray eels and much more.
The most important thing is that you can swim in the sea both from the pontoon and from the beach (wearing corals). From the beach you can walk to a decent depth. There are fish here and there.
5. Nutrition
Very good. Breakfast and lunch could be in the main restaurant (Tsibum) and overlooking the beach (La Citadel). Dinners only in Tsibum. There are 3 A la carte restaurants: in 2 of them it was possible to sign up for a free dinner, but we did not have time. They came to record on October 11 in the evening and the next record was already on October 17 (and we flew out on the 16th)))
The dishes in the restaurant are monotonous, but the choice is very large. If you wish, you can eat something new all the time throughout the week. A large selection of vegetables prepared in a variety of ways (grilled, stewed, steamed, salads, etc. ). All cook very tasty. The meat was sometimes harsh, but this is for me personally, my husband liked it)).
In conclusion…

The vacation went great. Animators are not too intrusive, but groovy. Evening animation is available for both children and adults.
There is also a “water park” on the territory of the hotel, but objectively there is nothing to do there)) Maybe only for children.
There is table tennis and football near the pool.
I think that the hotel is very worthy. Yes, maybe there are not luxury rooms, but after all, holidays in Egypt are primarily the sea, but here it is simply incredible!
