We rested in this hotel from November 30 (29) to December 6 (5). Why such dates are questions for Join Up, because on the 29th we had a total flight delay of 9.5 hours and we arrived at 2 am on the 30th, and the flight was at 7:4.6, that is, we left the hotel at 4 am , although this day was paid in full. The first minus - in fact, instead of 8 days / 7 nights, we got 6 days / 7 nights.

Settled quickly and even fed a "burger" - a bun with fried sausage. The room was given in the 7th building, as it seemed to us at first to the devil on the horns. The room on the first floor turned out to be with a used bedding - there was a lipstick print on the duvet cover, and the sheets were covered in dirty footprints that they tried to hide with pillows. We called the reception, asked to change the bed - a disgruntled employee came and said he would move us to another room. He took me to the second floor, we checked the bed - it was clean (although the duvet cover was torn). Gone.

We turn off the air conditioner - and the sound of the hum does not go away (maybe it was something on the roof that worked). They called the reception again, said that the room was noisy, they didn’t give us a new key, and we want to return to the reception building and take a normal room in a normal building (2:30 am). To which they received an answer that you have to pay extra for another building. They promised to send a concierge. After 20 minutes of empty waiting, I freaked out, scooped up a clean bed in the second room, brought a dirty one from the first, changed it, and we returned to the 1st floor. What was good about the room was that it was in the curvature of the building and because of this it was more spacious than the "straight".

Cleaning is terrible - the second minus. Even with tips, all we got was a made bed and sometimes new mini cosmetics. The towels were changed once when I brought the cleaner by the hand and pointed at the dirty ones and gave me a dollar.
Turns out the beach towels were supposed to be changed daily - we didn't get that and didn't even know it. They put one bottle of water, and sometimes they didn’t put it at all, they had to catch the cleaner and demand it. Toilet paper was asked to put - the answer is "5 minutes" and disappeared completely.

Enough has already been written about the food - it is tolerable, but not chic. Desserts are delicious, there are almost no fruits, the choice of meat is small, vegetables are tasteless. People who praise beer - Have you ever tried normal beer? ? It is worse than obolon. Try crafting and never praise this swill again.

Minus number 3. The situation with the ultra-all-inclusive, which we were specifically looking for for the trip, so as not to drink the local liquor, remained unclear. Another question for Join Up. At the reception, they mumbled something indistinct to us, as a result, not only did we have to drink the local birlo, but it was also issued free of charge according to the schedule. After - already for money, but in the same quantity and the same quality.
On excursions, we took a romantic dinner on a yacht. 40 bucks from the bow, going out at night to the sea, when nothing is visible and not interesting, shrimp soup, cloudy tasteless salads, a mountain of rice, squid and fish in a lot of batter and unrealistically spicy shrimp in sauce. Arab singing Kirkorov and Mikhailov and drinks for an additional fee. I absolutely do not recommend.

There are no words at all about the bar on the beach - beer with foam in plastic cups has already been mentioned by many. The bartender works according to his mood.

The pools are cold, even the heated one.

Bathed in the sea. The sea is super, but this is not the merit of the hotel.

The territory is very beautiful, green, there are streams and waterfalls.

Wifi is terrible. If they had known, they would have bought a SIM card at the airport.

We went to a disco in Space - a quiet horror, whoever was in Kharkiv in the Heat - he was in Space.

When leaving, we warned the reception that we would need an electric car so as not to hit the suitcases on the paving stones.
For 20 minutes no one came to us - they carried things across the entire territory.

Conclusion - of course we will still go to Egypt, but definitely not to this hotel.
