ИСПОРЧЕННЫЙ ДЕНЬ РОЖДЕНИЯ!!!! BAD BIRTHDAY!!!!

I welcome everyone! I never went on vacation abroad, there were reasons for that. The stars were so formed that on November 16.2018, my wife and friends came to Egypt to rest. The impression of the territory of the hotel and its accomplishment is magnificent! I will not describe it on youtube, there are enough video reviews about the hotel. I want to convey to you only those unpleasant moments that I had to face, I will start in order:
On the second day of our vacation, my friend and I contacted the reception with the question of reserving a table on 11/19/2018 in one of the restaurants located on the hotel premises. It so happened that my friend and I have a birthday on the same day and we wanted to celebrate it in a family circle with wives and friends in a cozy and comfortable environment (as we imagined it). At the reception, the girl answered us that it is possible to reserve a table for 11/19/2018 only on the same day from 14:00 to 15:00. The next day, 11/18/2018, we decided to go to the reception again and reserve a table in advance, as we were worried that on our holiday we might be left without a gala dinner at the restaurant. We were told that they say do not worry everything will be fine, celebrate your holiday. And then our birthday came. 11/19/2018 after breakfast in the main restaurant, my friend and I went to the reception and turned to the hotel employee named Olga with the above question, to which she also convinced us that everything would be fine, celebrate your birthdays in the restaurant, they say such rules are in hotel, you can reserve a table from 14:00 to 15:00. After lunch at 14:05 we went to the reception with this question, we were directed to a small assembly hall. There were about four people in the hall. Olga was sitting at the table, with whom we met in the morning and talked with a married couple. I didn’t hear the very essence of the conversation, I only heard that the man was very indignant, telling her that “Why are you breeding people. ” It's our turn. We sat down at the table where Olga was and stated the essence of our question. To which Olga said that she could reserve a table for 20:30. I asked her until what time the restaurant is open? She told me that until 21:30. It turns out that we have only an hour of time to sit with friends and celebrate two birthdays? She replied that it does! The people who were in front of you reserved tables, and in addition, through the operator of the travel agency, you can pre-book tables in a restaurant. My indignation knew no bounds, everything was seething inside, but I held back my emotions. I told her, but it was possible, purely humanly, to tell me about this this morning when we approached you. I would have come in advance to take a queue or through a representative of our travel agency settled this issue. To which I heard the answer, I do not owe you anything humanly.
In general, I was very upset on my birthday. Having paid a rather large amount for a ticket with the expectation of celebrating a holiday, I received such a “Gift”! In order not to be sad, we took a taxi and arrived in the Old Town where our holiday was celebrated in a fish restaurant. Such are the impressions of the first trip abroad. I will not go to this hotel again, although I liked it. Thank you very much OLGA for our birthday!! !
