We traveled as a couple in early February. Chose this hotel on a recommendation, when we arrived we were disappointed! The room is not cleaned, there is dust everywhere, the handle on the balcony door is broken (come in and take it on the first floor), it hangs on one self-tapping screw, which is not fixed in any way, it just dangles, if you take it it remains in your hand. Bed linen is terrible! ! the bed looks neatly made, but the duvet cover is torn to shreds, a huge hole from which the blanket hangs. The bedspread is dirty and stained, the tulle is also stained. We arrived at the hotel around 23:20 and until 3 a. m. we dealt with the room! They offered to pay extra to be moved to a normal room, but it was all useless. Half the night we were ruffled by nerves, with grief they sent a cleaner in half, who changed the bedding (and then the sheet was clean, but short! ) Like he cleaned the room, but to be honest he created the appearance, he stretched a wet rag across the floor once, naturally didn’t wash anything, but just scattered across the floor. The dust has not been wiped off. Bedspread dirty did not change. The handle was made in just a day! ! We thought we were the only ones who were unlucky, but we met about 10 people who have the same thing in their rooms, people are disappointed and upset. I do not recommend the hotel in terms of service! The territory is wonderful, cleanliness and order, beauty, the sea and the reef are also fire. But the hotel failed, and spoiled the mood.
