Today 03/07/2019 we checked into the hotel. The arrival was early, so they waited for the check-in for a long time - until 15.00, but this did not particularly bother, because check-in was everywhere after 12.00, although I was in position and warned about this recipe. While waiting for the settlement, we had breakfast and lunch, visited the beach, walked around the entire territory. I liked everything about the territory and the beach, very nice and spacious, as expected from the hotel. The food is also good, I hope it will not disappoint further. Everything was going well. . .
And then we were finally settled, we have a superior room, this price is higher than usual. The room is spacious as expected. But since we were waiting for check-in until 15.00, it was assumed that the room would certainly be clean. But this is a nightmare! The curtains and windows are smeared, The chairs on the balcony are covered in dust, you can trace it with your finger, we decided to drink tea, the cup is broken, as if it should be, on the bed, which should be clean, there are long female hair caught, obviously not a male housekeeper. Came from the sea, went to take a shower, not a single towel in the room!!!

So, I understand the housekeeper did nothing to clean the room, and the question is to the hotel administrator, if you are positioning the hotel as 5 stars, why hire such irresponsible workers who simply spoil the image of your hotel!
We will still rest in your hotel for 11 days, we ask that this does not happen again and the room is clean!!!
