1. In general, I liked the hotel. We chose according to reviews, price and the availability of a stationary pontoon for going into the water.
2. Join UP flew from Kharkov, everything was on time according to the schedule. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am. Wristbands were issued immediately. We left our suitcases and went to a restaurant and then to the beach. We settled in at 14:00. We were taken in an electric car with luggage. The room is good. Cleanliness for Egypt too. Everything WORKS for the first time! Locks, doors, a safe, water flowed from where it should and where it should flow. TV - new Samsung 40 inches Smart! (Why, if there is no Internet? ) I stuck a flash drive with cartoons and the child is happy! Very comfortably! I will not write about the territory - everything is wonderful and much is described.
3. Food for Egypt - excellent (a lot of different meat, fish, octopus squid, etc. ). There are no queues. French fries are always fresh and hot. Grilled fish always. Everything is fresh. Dry wine is poured by the waiters as much as they like. In short, they do not save on products. What can not be said about drinks... Juices (rather nectars) are more like "Yupi", the assortment is not rich (about 3). Although they are poured from sealed boxes. Coffee in thermoses is always slightly warm... After last year's sanatorium "Sultanovskie Sady" (were at the same time), where we drank thick mango juice, which you can’t buy in Ukraine at all - it’s dreary.

We didn’t go to paid restaurants, because. and overall the food selection is great.
4. The bay is quiet. In the sea - lambs. We have calm. The beach is good. Enough loungers. To the beach - lift! Stationary short pontoon on piles! 2 ladders. Good reef close to shore. The depth is immediately 7-8 meters, then dumped into the abyss... There are paddling beaches for children. Waist-length for adults. Sand. Coral walkers are not needed!
5. Bar on the beach from 10-00. French fries, meat, pizza. But. . . no alcohol! Only sprite, cola, beer. It was a shock! My wife and I are used to sunbathing with a glass of dry wine everywhere! And then the dry law! If I had known, I would have taken whiskey from home or rum to breed Pepsi-Cola... But we still went to 5 *****! I had to drive upstairs to the bar to fill up with wine at the bar. Good thing there is an elevator.
6. Heated swimming pool one near the main building. Without a slide. Where there are slides, there is no heating. The water in it is somewhere around 20-21. In the sea, too. In the pool bar there are cocktails with local spirits, burgers, salads.
7. The staff is friendly. I did not notice any difference in service with the Italians. Yes, there were very few of them. Mostly Ukraine and 10% - the CIS.
8. Weaknesses are our people. From the second floor of the room, cigarette butts and ashes were constantly falling onto our balcony. The purpose of the ashtray is unknown to them. (The same is at our place in Kharkov). Children speaking obscenities. . .
They collect full plates (genetic memory of the Holodomor? ) and leave them uneaten. I saw an abandoned full plate of expensive octopuses... Why recruit without knowing what it is?
9. Departure at 2-00. At night, a staff member woke me up - took the suitcase. Provided lunch boxes. Do not take water, they will take it away at the airport anyway, they did not notice the juices of 200 g. "Shmonali" three times. Like tourists from Ukraine are blowing up planes...

10. We recommend the hotel. We are satisfied! The only drawback is the lack of wine on the beach, if this is important to you, please note.
