Rested with my wife April 12-19.2015. This was already the 8th trip to Egypt. There are no special claims. Except for one: TEZ TOUR has a gap in the description about corals (1000 meters). Of course, we found corals (40 minutes on foot). Very beautiful reef with big fish. Go out onto the road, to the right, go behind the last hotel (the asphalt will turn left, then go straight along the dirt road). The military does not interfere (we asked and they explained where to go). Further to the end of the fence, go beyond the fence along the road and to the right to the sea. You can swim across the lagoon from the shore to the reef (100 meters), but if you go left along the shore, then the reef is much closer to the shore. There are umbrellas, no one objected to our presence.
There are no complaints about meeting and seeing off to TEZ TOUR - as always, ideally, the hotel guide will lose interest in you, after refusing excursions - you don’t even have to apply.
The staff treats guests very well. Upon check-in, they simply smiled and said hello and, without any additional payment, they gave room 4328 with a sea view (we ordered the cheapest one - Promo Room). The porter brought things and!! ! the number was not opened with a card, we waited 10 minutes (the porter faded away), because dinner was over, the receptionist returned with things, left it there and went to eat. Then within a few minutes they solved the problem with the card.

In the room on some shelves there was a solid layer of dust (in the morning they showed the cleaner - and the problem was solved) The furniture and decoration are old. Bed linen and towels really changed, and not only turned over and were very white - clean.
The territory is green and well-groomed, only the paths are not very good in places. The beach is good, but the sea itself is not (very shallow) from the pontoon is normal, but the bottom is sandy - there are very few fish, only a few small moray eels stick out from the flooded tire in the evening. There are a lot of pools. The water park is normal, 3 out of 5 slides work simultaneously, the queue is rarely 2 people. Animators (counted 12 people) are trying. Especially the girl working with children (up to 20 children at the same time and all with "burning" eyes spent time with her.
Of the guests, more than half were Russians, but there were no outright cattle, which is very pleasant (the ban on the exit from Russia of security officials and other supposed "masters of life" gives results). And one more secret: non-alcoholic beer! (only in the Citadel usual, but only in the evening)
The staff did not fight the Russians, as before. If you want a lot of glasses of beer - take as much as you can carry away (not 2 glasses). If you want to take food out of the restaurant, they won’t even make a remark (although it’s not clear why, because they serve food around the clock anyway).
Lots and lots of food. Meat at least 3 types (chicken, beef, turkey, liver - in various combinations). Fish in 2 versions.

For those wishing to Israel - Ukrainians, Georgians, Russians - who have just visited the occupied territories (as they find out, it is not clear), they are additionally checked and some are fingerprinted. This delays the passage of the border - it took 6 hours. They ask for a hotel voucher - grab it, it will be faster. And do not think about your acquaintances in Israel (and you will be detained and others will be detained). Dissatisfied with the procedure are not allowed. Because of this, the bus waits for about 2-3 hours for the last, with the appropriate attention to them from the rest. If there are several buses of one tour operator, they complete the buses and send them with a minimum delay.
