We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. There were some downsides, of course, but overall it was a good experience.
There were no big problems during check-in (like almost everyone else), as the reception desk has the most arrogant and impolite staff of the entire hotel. At first they try to shove disgusting numbers into everyone, it works with some, but it didn’t work with us and after much squabbling we were given a very good room 2615. It is on the first floor, but it’s wonderful, because the huge terrace overlooks the courtyard, no one No, at least sunbathe naked! We have encountered the boorish attitude of the staff at the reception more than once and not only us !!!! ! There are no complaints about the rest of the hotel staff, everyone is helpful, they cleaned the room well, there was always drinking water, the guys are kind, smiling, trouble-free !!!!
The sea, of course, is not a fountain, but even then, only for those who like to dive, but it is very good for children. I was pleased with the beach: large, wide and most importantly - THERE ARE ALWAYS FREE LOUNGES!!!!!!! ! Also helpful staff on the beach!
The hotel has great animation! Very funny, adequate, cool guys: Nastya, Max, Sergey, Anya, Tanya, Rita, Deborah and all hello to you !!!!!!!! ! It was always interesting and fun with them!
