2nd time in Egypt. We bought a ticket for early booking - in March, for 11 nights. Rested family: me, husband and son. We chose for a long time, because equal to the previous hotel. The pictures seem to be nothing . . So we fell for them and for the reviews of vacationers. But even here it is not always worth trusting, then I will explain)
Transfer from the airport to the hotel. . The three of us got on the bus, but there were no seats. Somehow we were seated, all separately. At the hotel we were immediately taken to dinner (the suitcases were left at the entrance). After dinner literally 15 minutes later we were settled. Number, at first glance, liked. 1st floor, spacious, double bed, folding bed and sofa (With protruding nails, as it turned out later), terrace, which was the second entrance - cool! But when I went into the bathroom... I immediately told the child that he would not take a bath! The mixer constantly fell off, all the seams on the tiles were carelessly smeared with putty, the husband took the toilet brush from the cleaner the next day, because he said that he had one and he cleaned the rooms with him. After another 2 days, they brought us a stand for a brush. The air conditioner constantly gave an error - there was no sense from it, it simply did not drive cold air. And on the street +41, and at night - +36 . . When my husband went to the reception with this problem, he was told: "What do you want me to do? " In short, we made a draft, in the end we were just terribly bitten by mosquitoes!
The hotel itself is very tired! In the Lobby there is a small waterfall with mold, and in the lobby bar, I'm sorry, it smells disgustingly of poop, as the little girl said. What did you like? I liked the shop in the hotel with a very friendly seller, Said. He has souvenirs, sweets, and water.

The territory is large, in some places beautiful, in some places it’s dried up, it’s a pity. There is no special care. Disposable glasses float in the pools. We threw them out of the pools ourselves - it’s unpleasant to swim in such a thing.
As for the food . . The food is not exquisite, definitely, but there were dishes for every taste. The choice is not great, of course, but depending on what to compare. I was pleasantly surprised by the duck, which was also deliciously cooked. Of course, there was no seafood)) From fruits they gave melon, bebika bananas, oranges, peaches and apples. But at the end of the vacation we could no longer eat what they gave. They ate vegetable soup and chicken. Drinks are terrible, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. On the last day, I just killed a chlorine-flavored cola. And the juice on the bar was kneaded right in front of us - the powder was poured from the bag into a barrel of water - orange juice!
The staff is mostly friendly. But even here there are questions.

Regarding not trusting the comments . . On the last day, an animator girl approached us and asked us to write a review about the animation. I said that we will write already when we arrive home. To which she said that they were being persecuted for asking people to write while still in the hotel. Well, OK! But I said that I would write only about the animators, and I would write about the hotel separately. I had my hands covered in suntan oil and she offered to type. I dictated my positive feedback. But she said, let's say a few more words about the hotel, I refused. In the end, she wrote that the food was delicious, and the hotel was good, but in need of repair. Like this.
I do not recommend this hotel. For this money you can have a great time with your family in a more worthy place!
