I chose the hotel based on reviews, almost all of them were true. maybe my review will help someone to make a choice. I must say right away that this is not the first time in Egypt and I am a tourist without special requests, but for myself I noted some oddities as for 5 "stars".
1) out of 5-stars in this hotel, only the territory. Huge, green something is washed and watered all the time. Sometimes it stinks of something poisonous, but tolerable.
2) for the settlement had to give a bribe. Arrived at 8 am, and especially no one moved. The number of rooms is not bad, but falling into disrepair. It was strange for me to see a bathroom instead of a shower. in general, you can live.
3) wi-fi is paid. I have seen this, although I read in the reviews. For 10 c. u. for 4 days and works ONLY AT THE RECEPTION. I had to buy a card in a local shop (they then also return $ 2 during the exchange). Smart people advised me to buy a SIM card at the airport. This is true!!!
4) the food is normal, everything was enough. People say that everything is the same everywhere. Personally, I lacked normal brewed coffee, it was nowhere to be found!!! ! There was only a terrible soluble, sometimes it was felt that juices and wine were diluted with water.
5) the sea... well, it’s like it doesn’t exist : )))) it generally exists - only very shallow - knee-deep, I read in the reviews that if you swim, then this is not here. I didn’t believe it : ))) A long pontoon, and if you want to instantly cool down, it won’t work, walk for 5 minutes along it. Well, or wade knee-deep in water to a place where it will be at least waist-deep.
6) ice cream was strange ONLY for children and ONLY from 16 to 16.30. On the territory of the hotel there are only drinks in the bars, there are no snacks (only on the beach), so the children have nothing to eat during the day. The slides in the water park were turned on at 10 am, turned off at 12. As in a regime facility.
For myself, I noted a visit to the SPA center in the hotel. There, a red-haired girl named Khatan, it seems, pleased me with a powerful massage.
