The hotel was chosen based on reviews, but unfortunately not all were taken into account. We had a night flight from Kyiv, we got to the place early, but surprisingly we settled in about forty minutes somewhere. The room was not bad, the furniture and plumbing are certainly not new, but everything is in working order and nothing broke during our stay, which means we didn’t have to waste time sorting things out. The territory of the hotel is very large, but not everything works, traces of repair are visible in some places, the water park is long overdue to be updated, not all slides work, but the water is heated there, plus there is a warm pool, the sliding speed on the slides is weak, and the joints are not even, I got bruises on the first day, so take this into account and take some ointment with you from this. The beach at the hotel is not bad, there were no problems with sunbeds in general, we usually came around eight. It’s not realistic to enter the water from the shore, it’s very shallow, the pontoon is very long, but there the disappointment is the lack of a reef and the underwater world, and the water is really cold for me, I forced myself to plunge with great difficulty, it was certainly easier for my husband, he took it with him a wetsuit, but then we didn’t go to our beach, but to someone else’s, it’s really decent to stomp before it, but there really is something to see, but all this movement is of course not very convenient. In terms of nutrition, everything was not even very bad, we stayed several times for lunch on the beach, or rather for a light snack, so as not to waste time going to a restaurant, the daylight hours are short. And so in the main restaurant there was everything we needed, the food is cooked quite tasty, there was always a choice, but I can’t note something from what I remember, everything is very standard for Egypt, and we had the most delicious dinner, when we went to the Old Market and ordered large shrimp there, which, along with other seafood, are sold on takeaway trays, and are cooked nearby in a cafe. This is what I remember. We took strong alcohol with us, sometimes we drank beer from the hotel, but it is so-so. I also advise you to buy a local SIM card with the Internet for communication at the airport upon arrival, it will be more profitable, and the speed is normal. There is animation in the hotel, if you are an active person, then you will probably like everything, during the day we didn’t go anywhere, and in the evening we went to the performances a couple of times, but mostly we went to one of the central streets. We thought for a long time where to go next, to Cairo or Israel, but decided not to risk it, since in Israel there is a possibility of refusal to cross the border, so we stopped in Cairo, now it’s not a pity to spend a day, tibaturk to help. In general, we got a rest no matter what, but the moment with the sea must also be taken into account. When everything works in the hotel and the renovation is over, but it will probably be fine, but for us personally, once here will be enough.
