The hotel is a solid C grade. . . I argue. We rested from 27.01 to 06.02. 2019 Upon arrival, we settled in two rooms. My husband and I and two kids in one and our two older children in the other. And then several problems were discovered at once: our bath is leaking, the safe does not work, and the children's refrigerator does not work, the telephone does not work, and the lock on the front door does not close. Is it too much for a five star hotel?? ? In general, half a day was spent only on solving everyday issues. But, as it turned out, not all. The day we arrived it was very windy. And the older children, behind closed curtains, did not immediately notice a crack in the glass of the balcony door. From the vibration during the storm, the crack went in all directions. Being in the room became dangerous and we reported this to the reception. After a long clarification, the children were nevertheless moved to another room, but we failed to prove that we did not break the glass. We were made to pay $30 for it. It was very embarrassing. It turns out that glass is more expensive than the client. The husband was upset and spent the whole day in the room. I should note that all the plumbing is rusty, the towels are washed out, gray. The gaps in the doors are such that in windy weather they had to plug them with towels. Wi-fi in the hotel is expensive and weak, so you need to buy a SIM card and periodically replenish the balance. This can be done only in one store, which does not work according to the schedule indicated on the door, but as the seller pleases. The promotional video of the hotel said that there were 12 (! ) Restaurants on the territory!! ! Where are they? Perhaps 8 are somewhere deep underground, because we could only find 4:2 of them are a-la card and two are normal. The range of dishes is large, but it was disappointing that everything was fried! There was a lack of light food, salads without mayonnaise and steamed fish. The child developed an allergy to drinks called natural juices with terrible chemical tastes. And the yellow "mustache" was not wiped off by anything. So we drank some water and tea. The territory is very large, green, all in flowers. Clean, everywhere fountains and pools with ice water. There are only 2 slides and they work every other time. Enjoyed the animation! There was volleyball and belly dancing lessons. . . And every evening the children came off at the mini-disco with pleasure! Dasha, Julia, Khim and David just saved our vacation, thank you very much! Well, the sea. . . the beach is clean, sandy, to go far to the depth, so you don’t have to worry about children. In short, next year we will go to our favorite hotel, and this one will be considered an “experience”. . . )
