We chose the hotel not based on reviews, we were already there in October 2019. I liked everything - nature, sea, staff. The only good thing about it was the staff! Our child got sick, they called their doctor at the reception and the administration knew about it, we had a late check-out, we asked (because the child is sick) to sit in the room until check-out, and then it started! Pay 40 for every 3 hours (and this is the second time they invite as a VIP guest). This is not so bad, in the hall they do not turn on air conditioners - they save, 40 degrees of heat and not a single air conditioner! SUPER! We thought we would die ourselves, but the child is already so bad! Thanks again to the staff from the restaurant, they had one air conditioner, they put us down a bit to cool down. This is such a vacation at the Recency Plaza hotel for VIP guests. Thank you very much to the staff of the restaurant, bar!! ! But not the administration and the receptionist!! !
