Отель хороший, но... The hotel is good but...

For comparison, we rested as a family in many hotels: Nubian island, Sheraton, Siva, Sun rise, Experience, Cleopatra and Barcello, so there is something to compare with.
We always draw conclusions based on the price of the tour! It is impossible to compare Cleopatra and Siwa, for example. Therefore, starting from the fact that we paid $ 950 for two adults and a child (4 years old) - our impressions....
They settled us in a room with a view of the garden and an abandoned hotel, but at the first notice they changed the room with a view of the entire hotel (no extra charges and tantrums).
The safe was closed in the room and there were not enough towels for the child, while we went to eat, everything was fixed!
Special thanks to our room cleaner. Every day he changed towels and bedding (at our request) and kept asking “is everything okay? ”

The restaurant is not really a restaurant, more of course a dining room. The clatter of cutlery on crockery lowers the status to a canteen. Picks up music in a restaurant.
The staff in the restaurant is polite and helpful, allowed to take a couple of fruits to go, because the child could not stand it between dinner and breakfast.
Bars throughout. At the reception around the clock. Alcohol is like everywhere else in Egypt. No dilutions and no limiting the number of glasses and this is a big plus.
I also really want to note the Ukrainian woman at the reception - Maria. Always helped and advised in all matters. Even just talking to her is very interesting because she is a long-liver in Sharm.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed greenery, but cleaning leaves much to be desired. Often you can find cups, papers and bulls on the lawns.
The Internet was bought in a store at the hotel because for my work the free one did not pull. But if you are not an active user, then the free one from the hotel will be enough.
Entertainment in the hotel is not to say that it is absent, but it has not been finalized for sure.
Animators during the day work on the report (as soon as the boss took a picture of them, everything changes immediately).
In the evening, everything boils down to the fact that you need to go to a disco for $ 20, if you don’t go, then they won’t come to you anymore.
Children's discos for 10-15 minutes and shows for half an hour. And therefore, you will have to entertain yourself with music from your phone and alcohol from a bar or go to the city (there are many interesting shows - for free).
The overall experience would have been better if it had been more fun. And so a hotel for a good price with good cuisine and a decent choice of food, with alcohol and not "greedy" bartenders (as in many cheap hotels).
We didn't feel the savings.
Excursions were taken from the guide Aneks. Were very satisfied!
