Three couples were accommodated in three rooms, everyone was given half-living rooms near the water park in the left wing (along the entrance road), declared as Deluxe, while all the rooms around the water park (and not only, as it turned out later) are adjacent, that is, through the door with you other people will live, all rooms had serious flaws (the door does not close, no soundproofing at all, the shower does not work, three beds instead of the ordered one double, etc. ). We refused to move in. With a fight, two rooms were given quite good ones closer to the sea, but the third room was changed only the next day (we will remember the night in the room near the water park forever: mosquitoes lived there, roaring all night from buses with tourists, settling people at night in an adjacent room and then their morning snoring, the rumble of the refrigerator, the whistling of the wind in the broken balcony door).

They promised to change the room on the 1st floor, change it right at 8.00, but...marinated until 11.00.

Spa, kids club, disco bar, sports bar, etc. are closed. There is a good bar on the beach from 10.00 to 17.00, a bar near the water park with a heated pool until 16.00. (the closer to closing, the more diluted the juice and alcohol; bottled beer, 2 plastic cups per hand, intermittent, but good). The bar in the lobby is the best (here even the coffee is edible). They didn’t enroll in the Italian a la carte (the only one), because
then come from 9 to 10, then from 10 to 11, no one is waiting for you, then come at exactly 10, in short, do not rest, but catch a friend who will sign you up (he is not at the reception, but should sit near the main restaurant).

Cleaning is not bad, but more often only after dinner - you come from the beach, but there are no clean towels, lie down to rest, the cleaner will wake you up, and will not forget to hint at "vandollar" (they promised to clean it in the morning, but no. ) Beach towels are given in the room upon arrival, and no longer change. There is soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, no hair conditioner. Our hair dryer really worked for 15 seconds and cut down for 5 minutes to rest, it’s difficult to dry our hair, but after three days of requests to solve the problem we got tired (a man came and said ...well, it’s blowing, then everything is okay). You won’t be able to take a bathroom, it is there, but there are no plugs for it in the hotel, they are not provided. And there are many such small jambs.
The main thing in this hotel is that no one swears, everyone is so cute, they promise, but they don't do it.

There are public toilets near the restaurant and on the beach on the right side (in the Regency club hotel), they simply couldn’t find any more - we have never seen such terrible dirty shabby crap toilets, fu.


Beach: wooden sun loungers, old ones, but with mattresses, a good pontoon, no reef, but fish come across, we even saw stingrays. Before lunch there was a red flag, but swimming is not forbidden, after lunch it is green (low tide).

Guest relay did not help us with check-in, a la carte, or domestic inconveniences.

There is no oil regime, the buffet is familiar (you pick up food yourself), sanitizers around the territory are often empty.
