The hotel is operating under austerity mode and although back to pre-quarantine rules, it has strong signs of wear and tear, while the staff does their best to maintain cleanliness. If you wish, you can find fault with everything except bed linen and towels in the room. The managers did a great job with the staff and now everyone is much friendlier and more helpful, although problems with racial discrimination remain. Of the changes, it can be noted that the non-working hot tubs and Charcot showers, the transfer of the intermediate staircase further along the pontoon (the entrance to the lagoon is impossible, therefore, all lovers of shallow water hang out on the “Bedouin trail”), the issue of cold drinks and ice is almost completely closed - now all this is almost always and poured into their dishes (except bottles).
There are still no Ukrainian channels and will not be soon. Due to the large number of Arabs, the Ivory restaurant was opened for whites, although it operates in a reduced mode and menu, it is much calmer and the staff is friendlier. By the way, the menu shrinks every year, but you won’t stay hungry - be smart. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Of the excursions on the beach, only one is offered - a 2.5-hour walk with two dives, it costs its own money ($ 100 for a boat for 2-3 companies) if everyone has their own masks. During our stay, they began to actively water the lawns and mosquitoes immediately appeared, take funds with you.
Who should come to Regency: 1. People on a limited budget, but "grown up" from our resorts; 2. A lover to stay at sea longer at the lowest cost; 3. Indifferent to the absence of a rich reef; 5. Calmly related to ill-mannered (to put it mildly) Arabs.

Who should not visit the hotel: 1. Perfectionists who like to see flaws; 2. Diving enthusiasts (unless going to nearby hotels on reefs or excursions); 3. Lovers of gastronomic delights; 4. Intolerant of other races and nationalities.
