Rested with his wife together since the end of August.
On arrival, we arrived at the hotel at night, the guide did not meet, only a bus transfer to different hotels.
At the meeting, the porter was offered 1 dollar, he was defiantly offended - I had to give him more.
The receptionist speaks Russian at times. Apparently, the hotel is not intended for Russian speakers. Indeed, there are both English-speaking and Bulgarians, the Italians were wailing on the beach, the Poles at the end of the holiday came with a whole regiment.
About the hotel.
Beautifully, a lot of natives take care of the vegetation. Both at night and during the day, workers are constantly cleaning, mowing, and repairing lawns. The pools are well maintained and are cleaned and cleaned every night.

The territory is clean. There are problems with midges and cockroaches, which we have been pestering with dichlorvos and smoke gun attacks so many times. Several times we saw lizards crawling from the ground onto the walls of the buildings.
About the rooms.
We settled in a deluxe room with a sea view (building A, third floor), so it was spacious, clean and pleasant. The aircon worked properly, the panthouse window-door led to a spacious balcony. Left 1 bucks, towels changed daily, put on a bottle of water daily. Refrigerator bar and safe free of charge and soundly. True, the soundproofing from the next room is not very good - the sounds of screams and the TV could be heard quite well
At night and in the evening the street is quiet, as the terrace with shows and music was far away from us.
About restaurants and food.
Lots of waiters in restaurants and bars. The food was delicious and varied, there were crayfish, and fish, frying, good meatballs and chicken sausages, vermicelli, potatoes, stew, many oriental dishes, a variety of vegetable salads, sweets, online scrambled eggs, spaghetti and donuts.
Of course, who wants first-class service (like 5 stars), then of course the cutlets could be spicy, and the stew could rarely be a little, just a little dry, and at peak times the vats of food quickly disappeared. But it was enough to ask when a new tray would be brought, and the finished vat was immediately taken out.
We liked the food very much.
One main restaurant, plus one additional, plus a la carte European, eastern near the water park and fish (paid), and seven more bars (two on the beach, one at the reception, one on the terrace, two on the pools, one in the Grotto night disco.
The beach is clean. Towels for the beach were frankly torn at times, but clean.
The sea is shallow up to a depth of 200 meters on a pontoon or on foot, but with children the water is warm and clear. Not far (on the left), next to the pier, there is residual coral, near which there are living creatures - about 7 species of fish, two moray eels. Met stingrays on the rocks.
There are beautiful living creatures near the deep reef, but the waves make it difficult to swim. Saw only sharks, lionfish and huge whales.

For Egypt and the prices that they offer, it's cool. At the Russian Krasnodar resorts, prices would be five times higher. So it's amazing for me to hear when someone complains about the food or the service. It seems that everyone is used to living as oligarchs with first-class service. One would like to answer such tourists - you are not boyars to complain. For your information, in Egypt categorization of hotels up to SEVEN stars is accepted. So be kind, whoever needs it - buy a seven-star hotel at a high European price, and ask to be cherished and fragrant right in the sea, if you so need it.
For a relaxing holiday with children and the need for a gentle and warm sea, the hotel is suitable and you will like it.
