Hello dear travelers! I want to tell you about our "wonderful" holiday this year! Rested from 19.06-29.06. In this hotel.
I want to say that I'm only traveling abroad for the third time, but out of all three, this was the worst hotel. To be honest, I did not really trust reviews that began with the words: "I never wrote a review, but then I decided to write... ", but when I got to this hotel, I told myself that I would start writing with this phrase : ) It all started with the actual check-in at the hotel. Before checking into the room, we wanted to look at it and decide if we would like to live in it or not. . . and I can say that we made the right decision! Before we checked in, we looked through 4 rooms and each of them had some flaws. Somewhere the air conditioner does not work, somewhere the hair dryer falls out with the base, somewhere the balcony does not close (and this is the first floor! ), sometimes the safes do not work, and somewhere the slot itself, where the cards are inserted. I would like to add that before checking in, we left $10 in our passport. . . Conclusion: you shouldn't give money at this hotel right away - you won't see gratitude. For a very long time, indignant, we were promised another room the next day at 12:00.
The next day, starting at 12:00, we were promised a new room every hour, that is, we came at 12:00 and they tell us that there is no room, come at 13:00, then at 14:00 and so on until five in the evening. As you understand, the second day was spent on the fact that we again fucked with the number. But still, justice prevailed and we were given a good number. Dear tourists! In order to save time before checking in, ask for rooms NEAR THE WATER PARK, they start somewhere from the 5000th number (we had 7000-something) !! ! There is a new renovation, clean, everything works. If you want a view of the pool, then these are odd numbers.

They clean and spin swans only for a dollar, you can not leave pounds - they didn’t take it from us for some reason. People said that in general they never left money, so their beds were never changed for the rest. That's it!
The food in the common dining room is monotonous. We ate almost the same food every day. There are very few fruits - oranges and apples. Watermelons were given for the entire rest once in the evening in portions. Good food in Italian and Chinese restaurants, but drinks are paid there (water - 6 pounds, cola - 10 pounds). Do not listen to the guide, he says that you can only go to restaurants once, although in fact you can go there at least every day. If you want to buy fruit, then, after leaving the hotel, you need to go to the left for about 10 minutes and there will be a Metro supermarket. There, in my opinion, the cheapest products from the nearest stores.
Another disappointment was the sea! I dreamed of going and watching fish in a mask, but no luck : ( Those who write that there are fish - DO NOT BELIEVE !! ! This is written by people who have not seen corals and really a lot of fish. But we found a way out and went to pantone through one hotel to the left. So the entrance is generally paid - $ 5 per person, but we never paid how much we went there. You can walk on the water and in the middle of the Pantone there will be a ladder on the side, but you can take a chance (if the guard does not see) and climb through at the very beginning under the ropes : ) Go there for about 10 minutes and about 10 along the pantone. So, if you are going to go to this hotel, you can not take flippers, but only slippers and masks with snorkels.
I also want to warn you against buying excursions from guides! Don't waste money! There are guys walking along the beach and the hotel who offer their services three times cheaper than the cost of the tour with the guide. For comparison: a tour guide to Jerusalem for 1 day costs about $240 per person, we were offered $90 and we bargained for $80. It seems they are called either "4 waves" or "4 oceans"... in general, something like that.
Animation at the hotel is weak, in Egypt it used to be better. Although a very cool Fakir and Fire show.

The free bus to Naama Bay runs only at 13:00 and picks up from there at 16:00. But if you want to have a great time, better pay $10 for two and drive in the evening! A bunch of lights, people, cafes, dancing... the mood rises instantly, during the day, of course, it's boring there.
The territory of the hotel is large, but my main remark was that everything here was done in haste. Something was blurted out somewhere, something was not smeared, somewhere it was left unfinished, somewhere it has already fallen off. How can I explain to you... there is no gloss that should be in five stars... probably something like that.
Upon arrival home, of course, all these shortcomings are remembered with a smile, but remembering my condition on vacation, I feel uneasy. If you are already going to go to this hotel, then the main thing is a positive attitude and the ability to ignore these shortcomings.
