Rested in July 2012 We did not see a single insect or other creature in our room, we saw lizards on the street near the lamps. At the expense of housekeeping, every day they cleaned it so that you could eat from the floor, the smell is just bliss, every day a fresh bouquet of flowers with jasmine flowers on the bed, and every day something from the frills from towels (children squealed with delight) then monkeys on the ceiling, then on the floor there is a huge crocodile, an elephant on the whole bed, swans with hearts and flowers, scorpions, a huge cake with candles, in general, it’s cool !!!!!! ! only one, my husband had to force the maid to take the second dollar by force )))))))) We were completely flooded with water, every day they brought four bottles!! ! At the expense of bars, they themselves go and collect glasses for tourists, in general there were no problems with this and they gave at least five in one hand, how much you would take away, if you ask, they themselves brought on a tray for free what you order directly to your sun lounger by the pool or to the room. They fulfilled any whim, just ask and you had to tip, they don’t want to take it - amazing !! ! Rested two adults and three children (10 years 8 years and 2 years) for all of us already (specially counted) 18 towels were given, which were changed every day. The bed linen was changed every day for the baby. The aqua park is open after breakfast 2 hours before the sun and 2 hours after the sun until the start of dinner, it does not work during the sun, as some tourists, sorry morons, do not understand that even half an hour in the sun in the midst of the sun can burn out with sad consequences! !!! ! and 4 hours a day of the water park every day of rest was enough for our restless children to vomit. If you read a bad review about this hotel, then the tourists themselves are SHIT, they carried us in their arms, honestly, they took us to the city for free, in the market near the hotel they gave away half of the goods for free, became friends with almost everyone. One top tip when visiting - smile be polite!!! ! After all, these people serve you 24 hours a day, they practically do not sleep, they work 90 days without days off and only 15 have a rest!!! ! And when boors come from Russia and bully them and start a fight because coca-cola was not served to him correctly, forgive me, I would send it myself to our native three Soviet letters. They were fed for slaughter, which was not there. . . I won’t describe it, it will take a lot of space, there was a taste for each of us and more than one dish, we didn’t even have time to try a lot in two weeks of rest, super beer on tap, not very bottled (because it was very drunk), there was a sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ strong alcohol, but so as my husband and I do not drink, it was purple for us. Upon arrival home, the Egyptians with whom we became friends called and were worried how we arrived, it’s nice)))) Wonderful people work in the shops at the hotel, they always give tea, then they give something, I bought two oils from Rami from the oil store in the hotel itself, and he gave me five as a gift - I was stunned !! ! They gave my husband a belt made of cobra!! ! They did amazing discounts! I didn't expect it, but I'm so pleased! Before the trip, I read reviews that they impose everything very much, it’s not true that no one imposes anything, you want to take it, you don’t want to, don’t take it, no one forces you. Tell them SHOKRAN (thank you) and they are ready to kiss you with a smile. If you treat them humanely, they will thank you for it in triple quadruple and even in five. And the fact that the hotel pulls not for five but for four or three is just a slander, a normal solid five! Less complaints from friends, more positive for others and everything will be five))))) Personally, in the main restaurant, everyone brought us at least twenty glasses of cola fanta and sprite, the attitude towards us was on top!! ! Although we are picky and hard to please, but they were able to do everything one hundred percent. Thank you for our amazing vacation!!! ! We didn’t need animators at all, we don’t even know a single name, because while you talk to everyone, you need to sit, talk, drink tea, and so on, the Egyptians themselves entertained, it was very interesting, the time flew by. We went to all the a la carte restaurants, we really didn’t manage to eat, because they were dying of laughter at what the restaurant managers were doing, then they started to sing serenades, then they danced for us, then when we went to an Indian restaurant, Indian music played for the background with a familiar motive and the voice of an Indian woman , and what the manager began to perform under this one should have seen, we cried with laughter !! ! Unforgettable evenings!! ! The only thing that spoiled the mood was tourists from Moscow, just boors and morons drunks from Poland.
