Arriving almost an hour later (the hotel is very close to the airport), we were always waiting for something, then the driver left, then the tourist decided to go to the toilet in someone else’s hotel, or something else, we were warned on the bus THAT IF WE DO NOT COME TO THE MEETING _ THEN THEY WILL NOT REGISTER US FOR THE RETURN FLIGHT.
1st day!!!!!!!!!!!!! We decided that we probably just needed to open the balcony - they opened it, but it didn’t help, turn on the air conditioner, waited - it didn’t help, since in Egypt it was not the first time they decided to go to the store and buy something from aroma candles or oils, bought candles - it didn’t help, BUT " MIRACLE" was at three o'clock in the morning the air conditioner dripped. We call the reception (number 1 on the phone) two people come shouting (style of conversation) to each other, woke up the child and left, while at the door saying that "Air conditioning problems" and we are so stupid and thought that it was snowing! . We call again No. 1, they tell us "5 minutes" and that's it. Until the morning, cursing everything and we all lived, as the air conditioner dripped in the corridor, it didn’t drip on our heads, but simply didn’t let us sleep.

Day 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! In the morning, the person who cleaned the room came - he knocked on a piece of plastic where the pipes from the air conditioner were hidden, repeated the phrase "air conditioning problems" is not entirely clear, only this statement or question, and left , while at the door (probably in this hotel questions are asked only at the doorstep) "Remove? " We answered "YES! " left.......and never came back. at lunchtime, returning to the room, we realized that the number was not reserved, there was no water, again people come and say CONDITION - "OK" we go to meet the guide, we come to the hall, the couple that came in dreams sits and says they gave out a list of excursions I looked at us excursions were no longer interested, I say, but where is he himself? They say go somewhere !!!!!!!!! ! Then I approach the representative of the Tez tour and find out where we should look !!!!!!! ! representative of Pegasus, it turns out to be a meeting in an Italian restaurant - we can’t open the door (it turned out she just sticks from the street), we leave, because we think that we should not look for a representative, the second couple tries to enter and enters, afraid that they will not be registered for the return flight. We arrive at the room at about 13. -- the room is not cleaned, there is no water, air conditioning..... they will not be touched either. in the same place, the CLEANER does not even walk around the building, but! he took the dol (we left him in the room, so he was! ) and HERE "I DID" go to the hall where the representative of PEGASA Alla sits and the second employee, a man (I don’t remember his name), I begin to explain to them !!! ! it is very cultural that if measures are not taken now, then I will immediately call Ukraine to the place where this hotel was sold to me and I will ask them to intervene in this situation, Alla does not even raise her head, pretending that the "deaf" man gets up and leads me to the reception There everyone writes down and says "5 minutes" We did not go to the room and at about 19.00 I go to the room (not cleaned, the air conditioner does not work) I call number 1 from the room, they say "moment" and a miracle come The elder over those who clean, starts cleaning and leaves, the air conditioner DOES NOT WORK, I again go to the Pegasus representatives and say that I intend to write a letter of complaint so that they do not leave and I will demand to be relocated to another hotel. Why do they ask me that the air conditioner has not been debugged? I say no. They say it's good to carry a voucher to think. The husband against the resettlement says again put everything together - lay it out the child had already fallen asleep by that time - it was around 22.00 our time. THE BALCONY IS OPEN ALL THE TIME THERE IS FULL OF MOSQUITOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Day 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! in the morning I go to the reception there, already seeing me, they ask WHAT IS THERE NO WATER? I say there is, not removed - I say not removed, but air conditioning - ok? I say that the air conditioner does not work, they again say “5 minutes” to me, I say that in 5 minutes there will be only stones from the hotel - and I go for breakfast AND LOVE while we went to breakfast THE ROOM IS REMOVED AIR CONDITIONER REPAIRED !!!!!!! ! Hurrah!!!! ! Finally 5 minutes have passed. Further on the number there is nothing to write - the old number of rooms but not completely killed - tolerable If it were not for the idiot cleaner and air conditioning, then we can say everything is WELL. We no longer asked to clean up, it is very expensive for the nervous system - go and think when it will bring. Many who lived in building "B" complained about the cleaning, and not only in this building - we took not the standard but the deluxe - but what's the point...

On Friday and Saturday there were so many of them that I just wanted to run away!!!! ! very strange behavior (as for me) I understand that they have their own laws and rules, but you need to understand that this is a hotel and not their house, and that you need to comply at least !! ! what are the rules of decency.
