Let's listen to the feedback of compatriots and not visit hotels with poor service and a bad attitude towards Russians. Learn from others' mistakes. Our journey began on December 20, now 2012. We went two families consisting of 6 people, two of which are children (1 year old and 5 years old). The hotel positions itself as a children's hotel, but I will say right away: families with children under 3 years old have nothing to do THERE! Since the main thing for a child is children's food, and there it is simply absent and the risk of poisoning is very high (which happened to us two days before departure). Another Russian woman had a temperature under 40 and terrible diarrhea. Yes, there is a separate table with the inscription "kids menu", but in my opinion, this is a very loud name for spicy cutlets, sausages, salted mashed potatoes, over-sugared rice porridge and french fries! Of the fruits, only apples (and then once a week) and tasteless melon, and sometimes even bitter. Drinks included in all children should not be given to people with stomach diseases. These are fanta, sprite, cola, tea bags, instant coffee, powdered white and red wine, local milk.

Our family additionally paid for a DeLuxe room, and relatives were accommodated with much greater comfort in a new, but cheaper standard room. Almost all rooms have a DOOR in the middle of the room leading to the next room, apparently this is a feature of this hotel! There is NO difference between these rooms, except that the expensive ones are closer to the sea, but away from the dining room and the water park. In my opinion, it is better to walk with your legs once again than to overpay $ 300 for air. This is the first problem that we encountered at the reception and an employee named Hossam, who said that he would provide us with the best room and charged $ 20 for this, of course, did not fulfill his promises. Since only imported citizens live in the new DeLuxe buildings with a sea view. Well, at least we didn't have a door in the middle of the room.
There are slippery tiles on the floor (this is not Dubai for you, with carpet on the floor) and my one-year-old child, having no experience of walking on such a floor, broke his lip on the first day. The mattress is covered with two sheets. Well, in general, after sleep, all this slipped, moved out, and the child and I slept on a bare mattress wrapped in a sheet and buried our faces in a dirty quilted blanket. During the two weeks of our stay there, the pastel accessories NEVER CHANGED and our repeated calls to the reception and requests to the cleaners did not lead to anything, everyone just nodded their heads stupidly, while they did not forget to take $ 1 daily. As a result, at the end of the holiday we just slept in our clothes.
The towels also pretended to be changed by simply folding them neatly. But we were “pleasantly” surprised after they were unrolled and found familiar spots on them. The shower is stationary, i. e. the only way to wash a child's bottom was to get into the bathtub with him. The bath was not filled, it is impossible to bathe the child. The tap water is yellow, it was necessary to drain it well. Mosquitoes are no longer afraid of fumitox. Bed bugs and cockroaches the size of 2 matchboxes are waiting for you in this beautiful hotel!
Once the child in the dining room did not eat anything and I took an apple to feed him at least something later. I put an apple in the bathroom. They mixed up the table for some Russian, a fight almost started there, next to my child, who was sitting in a locally produced children's chair, which deserves special attention. This is medieval torture for the children of our time. A children's chair is a single wooden structure that has never been wiped, sticky, dirty, and how you put your child's legs in there is entirely up to you!
