I liked the photo, as a good hotel thought, the price is budget. As it turned out - everything is completely different. The hotel has never been 4/5* - it is 2/3*, in fact 0*. There is no “all inclusive” there, sometimes they give soup or rice and that's it. Even the photo does not coincide, he is generally different.

Joys tour operator did not change the hotel, “Supplement !! ! »$ 420 for resettlement for a week to another hotel is the cheapest 4*. There was no solution to the problem.
