To begin with, for the first time in my repeated visits to Egypt, I was in the top four. Impressions are ambiguous.

We took the risk of taking a tour through our dumb Joint Up, because this year, as it used to be, it was a bit sad with finances. They took off without any delay. In Egypt, which I love, by 8:30 we were quickly loaded onto a bus and taken. The hotel is not far from the airport, we drove for about 15 minutes. The central entrance to the hotel made a shocking impression, but the hall and reception killed it on the spot. Particular attention was drawn to the artificial flowers with which the hotel lobby was decorated. It turned out that we were on a weekend or vacation period of the local population, so the entire lobby was packed with Arabs. We were made happy with bracelets and we all sit without a guide or attention. and then it turned out that check-in to the room at 14:00, I asked if it was possible to feed the children, the receptionist did not understand me what I want at all. After 40 minutes of squatting because there was nowhere to sit, our guide appeared. He reacted to my questions either sluggishly or with some kind of aggression, as a result he said that you came to the top four, what do you want at all. The children were hungry, it was already 11:00 and we were at the hotel by 9:00. There was even an attempt to move to the top five for a surcharge, but it was unsuccessful, they said that there were no places. They tried to sell us a family room. They probably starved us out, they wanted us to give money for the settlement, I didn’t pay the money in principle. The room is normal standard, everything is there and everything works, well, almost everything, my safe did not work, they repaired it three times, then I abandoned this idea and left valuables with my friend. Cleaning is normal every day, sometimes they even refused cleaning. They left either a chocolate bar or $ 1.

The territory is large, there are many pools, there are six slides for adults, the slide is not very extreme, but you can arrange rides, for very small ones there are three pools, two of them with slides. They began to paint and cut the bushes. In general, if you don’t look into the nooks and crannies, but understand that you are still in Egypt, then the territory is not bad enough.
Beach . Well, first of all, this is Sharm, so the beach is not so hot. There were enough sun loungers though, if five didn’t go to us, it would be better. The beach bar is dirty and sad. There are not many stones to enter the sea without shoes. To swim only from the pantone, it is for two hotels, a bit crowded but you can swim. And so everything was sour in such natural depressions between the stones, when the tide there can even be above the knee. There is a type of bus that goes to the beach, the whole road to the beach takes about 15 minutes (walk through the hotel, go down to the underground passage and ride in a car).
Food. An important topic for those traveling with children. There was no promised ice cream (even in the top five it was not there, they said that it was very hot, so it was not there)))))) The food is standard for the bottom region. For breakfast, the same scrambled eggs, sausages, donuts, and salads. For lunch, pizza meat, grilled fish, dinner turkey, chicken, lamb....With fruit, it was probably out of season. Sweets cakes in general are not bad, but the choice is not great. There were snacks at the food court, pizza hamburgers fries and even children were given popcorn and cotton wool, but it was a problem to beg for it, the children stood in line and often didn’t get no shisha because the evil uncle gave his own and ours stand and blink their eyes until all the popcorn is distributed to their fellow citizens . It was necessary to raise your ass from the sun lounger and go and swear with the uncle, then they would pour out the long-awaited popcorn. Dirty dishes from the tables I do not have time to clean. The glasses on the bars are cracked, but I am silent about cleanliness. The service itself in the bars is terrible, they throw a glass on the bar and the contents splash out. There were, of course, good workers, for example, in the poolbar, good lads and people who walked around the territory and the cleaners in the rooms were impudent but good, there were a lot of not bad guys.
Animation in general is not bad, the guys tried. I won’t write in detail because I didn’t go, the children ran, sometimes they liked it, sometimes they didn’t.

Another moment at check-out (hotel standard 12:00) You need to hand over a bracelet with a set of key cards + cards for towels, otherwise a fine of $ 15. Extension of the room from 12:00-17:00 $ 10 per person children under 12 free of charge. It seemed that it was possible to go to the food court to eat, but we did not go. The children ran for lunch, we sat in the hall.
The result is perhaps this hotel was good once. I do not plan to return here and in general I do not recommend the hotel. My trip upset me a bit, but in no way did it kill my love for Egypt.
