The manager at the agency recommended this hotel to us, I liked the territory, landscaping, I didn’t read reviews, because I understand that this is a subjective matter. The manager said that she personally was in this hotel, that this is a four, but good. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, we were immediately settled, we did not like the first room, the next day we were moved absolutely calmly, without any additional payments. The rooms are definitely in need of refurbishment. We were on the territory of two hotels, both 4 * and 5 *, it seemed to us that there were more greenery on the territory of the four, we liked the pools. The food is very tasty, not in all fives they feed as well as in this four. The nearest shops were across the road from the hotel, an underground passage led to the beach, it was the second line, at the exit from the underground passage there was a golf machine, which could drive to the beach in 2 minutes, it felt like we were on the first line, and not on second. The guide was in a nearby hotel, we met with him, bought an excursion, were satisfied. The tour was to Israel, the only thing, probably the guide and I misunderstood each other, because we thought that we would return to the hotel at lunchtime, but it turned out that the tour was designed for a day. We liked the guide, he said that there are times when they are not allowed at the border, he explained how in this case the money is returned. The guide speaks very good Russian. In general, we were very pleased with the hotel, a good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio.
