Beautiful grounds and swimming pools, and that's where the positives end.

This is my first time leaving a review, but I decided to leave one for this particular hotel, the Rehana Sharm Resort.
I've vacationed in Egypt before, in both 5-star and 4-star hotels, so I'm familiar with the standard of hotels.
I'll start with check-in: we arrived late in the evening, so we were checked in quickly. The room was generally fine, and I have no complaints about it (it was large, clean, everything worked, and the plumbing was new).

Food: We were given a meal the day after check-in (the food was average, but we chalked it up to the fact that they just have a late dinner). The food in the restaurant is terrible, a 3 out of 5. We only had eggs and croissants for breakfast, and didn't eat lunch at all. Dinner was a disaster at this hotel. Not only is there nowhere to sit or find a free table, and this is only late February - early March, but the cooks serve food with shaky hands, as if you're taking it from them. The food selection in the main restaurant is poor. But I give 5 stars to their food court, both on the hotel grounds and on the beach (delicious battered fish, nuggets, fries, etc. , they also serve ice cream)
Animation: I've never seen a hotel with worse animation! Even though I've stayed at several 4* hotels. The animation team doesn't do anything at all, and the animation team doesn't know how to communicate with people at all (not only don't they speak English, but they can barely even speak Russian). The evening activities are the same every day, and it's not the animation team that entertains the guests, but the guests who entertain the animation team!! ! During our 10-day vacation, there were two beach parties (but the 5-star animation team tried their best).
Housing: During our 10-day vacation, the cleaning was superficial; towels and bed linen weren't changed even once, but water was brought in so regularly that we didn't even have time to drink it. (We always left money for cleaning).
Sea: The tides are constantly changing. Because we vacationed in late February and early March, there were winds and the red flag was constantly flying. During our 10-day vacation, the yellow flag was seen twice. You can see beautiful fish near the shore, and we even saw a stingray once.
And the last thing I want to say is that the Rehana Sharm Resort is the only hotel that didn't deign to provide Lunch boxes were provided to people upon check-out at 4 a. m. Everyone had them at the airport, except for those staying at Rehana Sharm.
