The check-in was very fast, as we are in this hotel for the 3rd time. Quiet and peaceful, good hotel, beautiful big beach. Finally a repaired stationary pontoon. The room they gave us was good as always. Of all the pools that were on site, only one was heated. The hotel area is beautiful and well-groomed, the staff really tries very hard. Outside the territory, too, everything is very pretty, there is where to walk. That is, you do not go out into the desert, but you go out and there are trees, grass, palm trees. Everything is decent and worthy. The food is quite good, but this hotel does not have a grill. This was immediately written even on the site. We knew what we were getting into. The food is quite varied, as in standard Egyptian hotels, but in 80 percent of the hot dishes everything is fresh. Restaurants are clean and tidy. I didn’t like that the lobby bar was paid for, before it was free. It used to be so comfortable and cozy, they liked to drink coffee there in the evening or something. And so it seems that there are no moments and nuances that I didn’t like more and didn’t. Unless they provided quite old bathrobes in the rooms, but I don’t see this as a big problem. There were even such staff changes that the hotel seemed to be at the highest level, because, being on the beach, a waiter approached me and asked what I wanted. It was very nice. But like it was only one such change good. The bartenders on the beach have also mentioned that they are introducing some improvements, but soon it will be even better here. The hotel is very good, but how should I put it, it is boring. People who want fun, I would not recommend this hotel to them. I personally wanted peace and tranquility, so I enjoyed my time here. There is no music yelling and the contingent is mostly for couples, grandparents, walking by the hand. Young people here will certainly be bored. The hotel is large, the area too, there is where to walk. But there are a lot of stairs, I don’t recommend it for people with some kind of disability either. And really far to go to the sea. And if you settle closer to the sea, then go far to eat. In the hotel, even the spa is included in the services, not counting the massages. . Sauna, hammam was also included. It's more of a relaxing holiday. The hotel is really very good.
