The hotel is pompous, grandiose, service at the highest level, but there is boredom, renovations are underway on the territory and there is no entertainment after dinner. After 2 days, we approached the guide and asked to be moved, otherwise we would die of boredom, we were moved to the Rehana Royal Beach Resort & Spa 5 * hotel without any additional payments. The food at the hotel is chic, the room with a sea view, a chic view. But when you sit on your balcony in the evening and hear that live music is playing in another nearby hotel, people are having fun, and you are dying of boredom, it's sad. Good pontoon, sea, coral, the beach is very large and long, you can get lost there, there were few people, maybe because the hotel is in a luxury category. I did not like that there is no terrace where you can eat. I was amazed that there were no paper napkins, they called us back and said that the concept of the hotel is such that they only have tissue napkins, but you can ask the waiter for paper napkins, they will bring them. The staff is the best. We had a guide from TEZ TOUR Mohammed at the hotel, he did a great job, he helped us move to another hotel, he did not require any additional payments or thanks. He speaks very good Russian, a sympathetic and attentive person. . He listened to us when we had any comments. I would like to acknowledge his work. Ah, yet.
