We were greeted with folk music and songs. At the entrance checked hand luggage, enlightened bags. At the reception, there are well-trained smiling staff, for those who do not speak English, two Russian-speaking girls: Karina and Valeria.
We arrived at half past three, so we were immediately taken to our room. It turned out to be the furthest on the hotel map (8714), we tried to resent. They wanted to offer $20. for a room closer and with one bed, instead of two one and a half. We were offered to wait 3 days, as the entire hotel was filled with Arab vacationers. However, we have not moved. Arranged and the room (by the way, the bed linen on the beds is heavenly, the husband was delighted), and its proximity to the cozy pool. In the next two hours upon arrival, they were upset only by drunken Russians, who turned on Shatunov to the fullest in the relaxing territory of that very pool.
I must say that there are three pools in the hotel. But we sunbathed only near one, there are a lot of people on the rest, since they are all located near the hotel cafes. If you have "all inclusive", there you can eat hot dogs and french fries, take cola, juices, beer, wine. Noble cocktails will be offered to you for a fee.

In the main restaurant, the menu is designed more for Italians and Arabs: a lot of stewed vegetables, chicken, beef, fish, legumes, pasta of various kinds. In the mornings, Italian chefs prepare a delicious omelette, and for breakfast it was nice to eat a Viennese waffle or pancakes sprinkled with chocolate syrup. Lots of pastries. Extraordinary desserts. From fruits: sweet pumpkin, honey melon, sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ pears and apples, grapes, bananas. I must say that the food is not so varied, but every day we tried something new. If you are afraid to get poisoned out of habit - eat rice. And be careful with finely chopped tomatoes in salads, I poisoned them on the last day.
For breakfast, drink fruit juices: orange, mango, apple, hibiscus tea. Take tea or coffee from the waiters. It's free. If you want to take water for breakfast, you will have to pay. But for lunch, water is free. Beer, wine, both for dinner and for lunch, cost us the all-inclusive system, also free of charge. We didn't tip a cent. But, probably, the compassionate waiters were waiting.
You can sit at a table on the street overlooking the pool and the sea (but there, however, it is smoky), or indoors. After each order of drinks will bring a bill. This is for reporting. These checks with your signature and room number will be taken to the reception. So they filter those who are on BB and on AI. Based on the results, they will issue an invoice, but if you drink only local drinks, then you will not be credited with money.
We didn't go to a la carte. I can't tell about them.
The hotel is arranged in tiers. Sometimes we walked around (8 minutes) without going through the main entrance. Sometimes they drove cars (I think they are called Buggicars). They go to the beach from reception.
The beach is also tiered. Upset the pontoon, on which everyone is huddled together. Pretty uncomfortable. For such a good hotel, it is strange that there is no second pontoon.
The reef is wonderful. We had something to compare. We went to the island of Tiran, we realized that you can see more fish near our hotel than in the vicinity of the eminent island. Take your camera with you. Just please don't feed the fish, you'll see enough of them anyway, they will swim trustingly right in front of your faces: Picasso, angel fish, tangs, long blue ones that look like barracudas, big ones that look like tuna, parrot fish . . In in general, a lot.
Internet in the room is paid - 7 c. u. in half an hour. Wi-fi at the reception is paid, under the roof of the cafe from which the waterfall runs - for free.
There is a children's room. There is a diving club on site.

We were not interested in the entertainment program, but it was. an Egyptian boy played the violin to a modern backing track. music played, Italians danced, and Arab women sat and watched. We did not observe Russians in the evenings.
The hotel is green, we took a lot of beautiful photos. Were in other hotels in Sharm, but such greenery was not seen anywhere else.
Upon leaving the hotel, they will constantly ask for the room number. So we left for Jerusalem, they asked for our number, and returned - there was no one at the gate. A day later, a call from the reception with a question - are we all right, are we happy with everything... Worried. Nicely.
Also, there was a refrigerator in the room, filled to the brim with soda and sweets. Look at the price list to see how much it costs. We didn't drink or eat anything. In general, when you check out, they come and look, consider how much you owe for a bar.
the cleaner came daily, but we refused his services. A couple of times they put a dollar on the TV. But one day they forgot - and there was no foot towel in the room, and without it it was uncomfortable, slippery in the bathroom.
Spoiled the mood of the hotel guide from Pegasus. She insisted on signing a paper stating that the tour operator does not bear any responsibility for us "in which case". Threatened. Instead of beautiful catalogs of excursions, she brought some incomprehensible printouts with crazy prices. She behaved like a teacher, as if she had done us a favor by coming at all. This is not the first time we have been "married", we know what's what... I can say that it's ugly to behave like that. We did not come for free to rest. And you don't have to sign anything.
In general, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We wish you a wonderful holiday!! !
