In Egypt 5 times, before that there were "Concord front", "Drim bich vocacion". The hotel from the very beginning made a favorable impression - we arrived at 10.30 (my husband and I and a 4-year-old child). We were immediately settled without surcharges (they asked for a sea view) in a cool room on the ground floor - the child came out from the balcony and ran around the territory before my eyes. From the reception they took us to the room in an electric car along with our things (for this they gave 5 bucks). The driver brought our things and wished us a good rest. When they began to open the suitcase (it can be seen at the airport they wanted to open it) and broke the lock, we could not open it with anything. We turned to the cleaner and after 2 minutes. a technician came and cut the lock for us. For lunch we went to a restaurant and chose a place on the terrace (my husband and I do not know English) there were difficulties, service. The staff does not speak Russian at all. We liked the menu. The number of dishes is not very large, but everything is different and tasty. For lunch and dinner there are dishes "from the chef" special meat or fish.
For breakfast, I liked yoghurts with fresh strawberry sauce, as well as real honeycombs in a frame and you rake them with a spoon. For a sweet dinner, there is no crazy amount of biscuits, but there are delicious "cheesecakes", "flombe" bananas, a fondue with pouring chocolate, into which you dip strawberries (strawberries themselves, like plastic), or pieces of fudge.
I liked the warm pool, the child did not climb out of it (it is better to take sunbeds before breakfast). Even when there was a storm for two days and it was impossible to swim - near the pool, as in a bay - calm and comfortable. I really liked the beach, it is located in comfortable tiers, which gives a feeling of space. Also a cool entry into the sea from the shore (especially for children). You can also come to the beach at night with champagne, ashore. Everything is open, it's relaxing.

Cool steam room and sauna - everything is new, neat, gym, small, but sensible. The jacuzzi is not great, just a warm bath. It's all included in the "all inclusive".

Now about the negative - in general, there are almost no Russian children and the child has no one to play with. Therefore, the child exhausted me and my dad in full. There is no children's room, there are almost no toys, and the girl who should take care of the children smiles very tightly, it seems that she hates them. Therefore, there was no question of leaving the child there.
They meet you at the restaurant and "escort" you, indicating a table that you don't like at all, I had to make a remark, but it's still a little annoying. It is better to come to the beginning or to the very end of the meal. It is convenient that you are without bracelets, you just need to sign checks with the room number. In restaurants near the pools there is a menu "alunclusev" written on booklets that lie on the tables, and you can go and order all day (until 18.00) - they will prepare burgers or "fries" for you. everything is fresh. Nobody spoke about it. (foreigners burst all day).
In general, the atmosphere is very measured and pretentious. Wear whatever you want - don't stress over evening dresses and heels. Everything is convenient. By the way, terry bathrobes are ordered free of charge at the reception. We went through "TEZ TUR". Comfortable planes, legs do not rest against the backs of the previous chairs. For the child there was a special menu on the plane, a trifle, but nice. In general, we were quite satisfied with the rest!
