Returned recently, the hotel as a whole left a pleasant impression, but not without flaws. I will describe point by point.

The guide gave sufficient information about the hotel, obsessively tried to sell excursions, and then the fun began. You have to pay for this particular guy. We decided not to rush, went out, looked around, returned at 11-00 at the reception and we were given keys and bracelets without any extra charge. A smart guy on a typewriter famously delivered us to the room and, having received two dollars for a tip, asked for another pack of cigarettes. The last one was not very pleasant.
ROOM. Having entered the room, we realized that they still want money from us. Two separate beds (married couple) and access from the terrace directly to the path along which people walk and these same cars drive. View into the wall. The main restaurant really looks like a restaurant and not a dining room. There were no queues, there were always free tables served, the waiters served quickly. Perhaps the fact that the hotel was half empty.
The bars are open from 10:00 for drinks and from 11:00 for snacks. Who goes on the system "all inclusive", ask the menu. Ice cream in bars is free, as well as chips and peanuts with beer. Snacks from the menu for an additional fee were not ordered, but they ordered cocktails - Mojito (75 pounds) tasteless, milky (30 pounds) not bad. After 19-00 in the Zin-Zina bar you can smoke a hookah (25 pounds). Beer on the beach and in Zin-Zin from bottles, in other bars - keg. Husband said that bottled is better))). Juices everywhere from packages. Also, without any problems in a restaurant and any bar, you can order both a large and a small bottle of water and calmly take it to your room.
TERRITORY. You can’t call the green territory in any way - most of it is occupied by buildings, paths and stairs. But everything is nice and well maintained. I read in some review that the hotel "shows traces of former luxury" - I agree. There is a heated pool (with a children's section), the water in which was 28 degrees. The rest in December were of course icy. There were enough sun loungers for everyone and everywhere at any time of the day, even near the heated pool. On the beach, in general, within a radius of 100m, you can not observe anyone near you. Although, by the way, the beach is somewhat dirty - gobies and garbage were occasionally seen. Towels are issued in several places (I know three for sure))) and you can change it as many times as you like, you can also take at least one towel for one card, at least four.
Well, the location of the hotel itself is very good - El Mercato is within easy reach, and you can just walk down the street calmly.
SERVICE, CAPACITY AND ATMOSPHERE. The service is decent - everyone greets and smiles, but without "hey friend" and other familiarities. Tips are welcome, but not required (the exception was the one who begged for cigarettes). In the restaurant on the second day they remember their preferred drinks, it's nice. We did not notice any discrimination either on a national basis or for the all-inclusive system. They try to speak Russian with Russian-speakers, even if you speak English.
"Tagil" was not observed either imported or domestic. Approximately the structure of vacationers looked like 50% Europeans and 25% Arabs and CIS. There were families with children, but in my opinion the hotel is not very suitable for children.
The atmosphere is measured and calm. Well, sooo calm. We knew that the hotel did not have animation, but still expected that at least in the evening there would be at least some minimal entertainment. On the third day in the evenings it becomes very boring. For a week there was an evening of some kind of Arab amateur performances (dances of a courtyard group in national clothes) and, on Christmas evening, two girls sang in Zin-Zin. The last ones are good. But that's all. Came out from dinner and bainki))).
WEATHER AND SEA. December is December. For the first three days, a fairly cool wind blew, and in the shade I wanted to pull on a sweater. The sea was stormy, they hung out a red flag.
