We have no complaints about the hotel itself and cannot be, but there is one nuance that somewhat spoiled the picture, this is the location. How could such a luxurious hotel be built in such an inconvenient place, where the winds are often felt, the tides are felt very strongly, and most importantly, such a meager reef, in simple fives, which are half the price, you can find reefs and the underwater world is much richer. This is of course my personal opinion, but still. And so I will say that we had a standard room, in general, very simple, but everything was clean, there were all bathroom accessories, bathrobes, slippers, and so on, though I only use my own shampoos. The air conditioner was turned on for the whole time twice in the afternoon. Cleaning is normal, the most important thing is that nothing broke during the rest and I didn’t have to spend time figuring it out. The view from our window was excellent, on the sea, but in my opinion there can be no bad view, since the territory is large, beautiful and well-groomed and everything pleases the eye. The beach is nearby, there is enough space, there were no problems with sun loungers. The sea is clean, warm, we saw mostly small fish under water, the reef is scarce, I already wrote about this, but for those who are only interested in lying on the beach and occasionally taking a dip, it will probably be fine. Last year we rested in Makadi, the hotel is certainly weaker, but the sea and the reef are simply unforgettable. But for a holiday in winter, when the sea is cold, windy and you can’t buy much, the hotel is just perfect. There is a large water park, a lot of pools, heating said that it works. There are many different sports grounds on the territory, there is a gym, the animation is not bad both during the day and in the evening, often invited artists, live music, everything is thought out for children too, there is a kids club, playgrounds, pools, slides for different ages, in the evening they arrange whole holidays. There are no complaints about nutrition, everything is very varied and tasty, of course side dishes, rolls and vegetables are the same every day, so it may seem that everything is somewhat monotonous, but meat and seafood dishes are always different. To whom this is not enough, then of course you can visit additional themed restaurants, I advise you to go everywhere. From the hotel alcohol they drank only beer, they took strong with them, it's just that my husband has his own preferences in this regard. I liked the service staff, polite guys, neat appearance, sometimes they were especially quick to tip, in general, there are no complaints about them. We talked with the guide from the operator once upon arrival, we wanted to book several individual excursions, but we didn’t like the price tag, we had to search for everything on the Internet from midobikhams, visited Ras Mohammed and rented a yacht. The rest flew by just in one breath and very quickly, and this is clearly a positive indicator, if you have the opportunity, then it’s certainly worth visiting here at least once.
