Dear tourists who are going to visit the Premier Royal Grand Azure Resort 5 *, I want to share with you my impressions of the trip. I want to warn you right away that the assignment of stars to a hotel, in Egypt in particular, is not regulated by any official organization, and their number depends on the imagination of the owners, who act solely on the principle “The more the better”. So if you, after seeing the cherished 5 *, expect to get a carefree vacation in a first-class hotel with excellent service, I'm afraid I will have to disappoint you. I will not pour from empty to empty, I will turn to the facts.
First, when going to Egypt, you should remember that Russian 5 minutes is Egyptian 45, and often "never". Those. if you asked a hotel employee for something and he asked you to wait and disappeared from view, be prepared for your request to remain unanswered. Moreover, the rank of the employee, whether it is a cleaner or an administrator at the reception, or an employee of the Gests relations service, which, as you will certainly be informed, is designed to make your stay at the hotel unforgettable and carefree, does not matter.
Secondly, be prepared for the fact that a spacious and well-equipped (and it’s true! ) room will have to be shared with ants and half-dead cockroaches (they are trying to poison them there, but by the time of our stay, apparently, not everyone has died), but a huge bed with white linen and bed bugs. Of course, they will try to convince you that these are mosquitoes or mosquitoes, but by looking under the sheet, you can get to know those who left bite marks on your tanned body.

I also cannot share the rave reviews about the food offered. Of course, you probably won’t stay hungry, but you shouldn’t count on any culinary delights. The dishes offered are not always fresh and well prepared. In general, I advise you to eat not what is laid out in common vats, but what the chef prepares for you. As for baking and bakery products, there are no complaints at all! It looks like they are baking themselves. And they do it very well!
The sea sucks! And there is nothing to even comment on. Look at the photo for yourself.
Pools: there are many of them, of different depths (from 40 to 170 cm, if I'm not mistaken), which is very convenient for both children and adults with different levels of swimming training. But... I saw with my own eyes how the cleaners of the territory washed their equipment in the pool (buckets and mops), and a hotel employee was also seen, who had previously given out towels by the pool, swimming with the vacationers, and he swam without taking off his clothes, and with open wound on the leg. I understand that he is also a person, and at +40 he is also hot, but some kind of subordination must still be present.
That's probably all I wanted to talk about. Otherwise, everything is fine. Good luck and have a good rest!
