I think many will agree that the perception of a new hotel always takes into account where you have been before and, accordingly, what kind of service you received before. So. Before that, we rested 3 times in Sharm ...twice in Albatros 4 * and 5 * hotels and the Radisson Blue 5 * hotel (now it is Parrotel Beach 5 *). What can I say… «RIXOS» is beyond competition!!!! ! Perfect service!! ! Unobtrusive, very friendly and helpful staff. Moreover, the care and high level of staff is felt from the first minute as soon as you arrive at the hotel!! ! And this feeling does not leave you until the last minute of being there on vacation !!!! ! We didn't even go to the reception desk. The employee came up to us himself for the documents and brought the keys to the room, he told us everything.

The main restaurant - ABOVE ALL praises!!! ! All food is delicious! With the usual similarity of tastes in other hotels, here at RIXOS all dishes have a different taste, beautiful presentation. Even the sweets tasted different. The abundance of food on offer in the main restaurant is simply delightful!
Crabs, octopuses, lamb meat, beef, fish of different varieties and types, I was especially impressed by the presence of always and in a larger volume of red fish !! ! I made our daughter watch cartoons. Half an hour later, he calls that the child wants us. They took it. We ask why she asked to come to us, she says that instead of showing cartoons, she asked to turn it on in Russian, to which she received an answer that there is no Russian ...The child did not want to go there anymore. One day on the program they had kite flying on the beach. The girls brought kites and two dads, and they didn’t rush along the beach with snakes entertaining children)). The girls stood aside and chatted nicely among themselves.
