I wanted to write a detailed review, especially for those who still choose a hotel. We were 14 nights. There was enough time to appreciate and feel all aspects of staying at this hotel.

Season

Here, as luck would have it, there was a moment when it really got cold for 4 days. During the day I had to throw on a jacket, but after sunset I already put on a jacket with a hat. If you are going to Sharm in January, take something light and warm, it can come in handy. And of course warm enough during the day. The sea, as for me, is too cool for swimming.

An important point that I did not see in the reviews. In Egypt, the last week of January is the winter school holidays. Egyptian enterprises buy vouchers to the hotel for their employees for 2-3 days. The employees themselves pay 10% of the cost for them. As a result, the hotel on some days was simply flooded with Egyptians with their spouses in headscarves and crowds of children.

In the evening, at the performance, you will actually sit alone in their environment.

If I had known about this fact, I would have gone a week later and I advise you.

Number

Since we were for a long time and with a child, we took a De Luxe room, it costs a little more, but there is more living space, I would advise. After reading the reviews, they asked for the first floor, it was a very right decision. Very convenient. The deluxes are all in building 3-4. We took a closer look at the lobby and overlooking the pool. The best place, and everything is nearby, and the music from the pool does not interfere. But if you take it at the end of the buildings, then it's noisy.

The room itself is spacious, the minibar is 2 cans of beer, cola, fanta, sprite and water.

Refill once a day. Plus 6 bottles of water in the room every day. When establishing friendly relations with the cleaner, the amount of beer will increase : )

Bedding, towels - all in good condition. The room itself is of course already a little shabby, but not critical.

Nutrition
This is very cool here, the quality of food is very high. For all two weeks no problems with the stomach.

There are no typical southern hygiene problems.

And delicious, delicious and delicious again. Only I would close the Japanese restaurant, it is absolutely stupid, these are not rolls, this is some kind of garbage. It would be better if some vegetarian opened for example. Or they called another cook there. There is fish, there is rice, but what they do there is a shame : )

Territory

Very large, well-groomed, everything is clean, lots of greenery. As they wrote here, electric taxis run.

Service

In general, the staff is well trained, very pleasant. True, they work without zeal on the beach and by the pool. I gave tips, for a buck, in restaurants for two. A week later, they begin to wear you in their arms. I think this is normal. You can not give, of course, but as you put it on, you will go. Yes, take bucks to Egypt, don't drag euros there.

NB!

Very often you will be forced to fill out a review card, be careful. If you put a score of 3 or lower anywhere, be prepared for the fact that the manager will rush in and will demand explanations for the grades in a southern manner (with a collision, as we perceive it).

I have had a very bad experience with this.

Twice I gave one of the points a three: once in a sushi restaurant, and once about the quality of the TV picture on the children's channel. And both times I was not around in these showdowns.

The first time, the manager ran in the restaurant and began to demand an explanation from his wife, that even the child burst into tears (and I went to the toilet at that time).

The second time (although they called me beforehand and asked me to explain, and I clearly said that I didn’t need to come), some kind of dick broke into the room, into a daytime sleep, when my wife and child were in bed and also started to download something, turned on the TV, woke up the child frightened his wife.
This really pissed me off and, of course, a debriefing was arranged in the lobby.

Therefore, if you are not an extrovert and are not in the mood to explain your grades, it is better to refuse to fill out these forms.

Animation

The concept of animation in the hotel is not to strain the client. Therefore, there are no stupid contests for evening parties (which is great). Everything is very calm.

During the day, animators play games. Special thanks and praise to Yulia and Kristina - you girls are great.

There is also a club for children, but we were too small for him to leave a child there. Nice playground, there is a trampoline, which is great.

kids club

Our child is small, it was not possible to leave him there. New in general, very friendly animators there. They are messing around with the kids, what kind of games they have, searching for treasures, games. Animators work well and with soul.

But on the material side of the club there is a very big claim.
How embarrassing to keep broken toys in the children's room of a hotel of this caliber?

Why are you so concerned about the bellies of adults and do not want to spend essentially a penny to update toys periodically? I am disappointed.


The pencils are some kind of cores, the games are all greasy, there are three buckets on the beach, 5 molds and one (!!!! ) barely alive scoop. Ekarny bogeyman, yes, in any orphanage, children have better toys.

Are you afraid that the Egyptian children will be plundered, who came for a penny from the union? But I pay 250 euros a day, why does my son have to play with a car without wheels, and pour sand into a broken bucket ...

Since we were with a child and we had a check-out at almost 6 pm, we took a late checkout for $ 90. And beforehand, I found out that you can ask to collect lunch boxes with you in order to last until departure. I was also told that they must be ordered a day in advance.
So, I ordered them a day in advance, clearly said what time they would pick us up. Then he came in the morning, asked to clarify whether they had an order for lunch boxes, then an hour before departure.

And hell, we got them. This is of course a failure. We really hoped for them, so at least the child would take a banana from the canteen. I went three times and confirmed, each time yes yes, everything is ok and nothing. It is unpleasant.

Perhaps the review turned out to be somewhat critical, but it's more like a squeeze of sharp moments in two weeks. In general, I would go here again, but in March, when the weather is more stable and there are more people. But I will not go, I will go to Rixos in Turkey.
