Thank you Rixos for our lovely holiday, as always. We rested here for the second time and once again we were convinced that next time we would choose only the Rixos chain! Our vacation fell at the beginning of March, when these events with the virus began all over the world and in Egypt. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we didn't feel any difference. Food and service were great as always! I would like to say a huge thank you to the lifeguard who works on the pier. He pulled me out of the sea, during a strong current. I was already carried away far enough and did not have the strength to go back. He responded very quickly and professionally and saved me! Unfortunately, I didn't ask his name. (( Another huge plus is that the hotel has Russian-speaking staff. Beautiful girls Margarita, Alexandra, Oksana, thank you for your help. My child is allergic and they were able to organize me for the whole vacation. For congratulations on my husband’s birthday, special thanks to the waiter Hani with Turkish restaurant. It was unforgettable! ))) Evening shows are something! I fell in love with charismatic and professional dancers from Brazil! The only downside is the old furniture in our room. The cleaner, of course, well done, he did his job perfectly, but repairs are still required. . . Especially the plumbing in the bathroom. Guys, she's really old and doesn't really fit the stated standards. . . In any case, this did not overshadow our holiday, since we only slept in the room. Summing up - Rixos we will be back!
