We arrived at 12 noon and we were promptly settled in the room. The room had fruits and sweets. The mini-bar is filled and included in the price - replenished every day. Room on the 2nd floor. The room had a sofa - which we moved to the balcony and spent time there - very comfortable. Maintenance and service are the best of all praise - by phone number 224 they solve all issues promptly and in the best possible way. Thank you very much for this. The pool has a waiter who quickly takes and brings orders on rollers.
The sunbeds are comfortable and always enough - if necessary, the employee can bring you sunbeds, mattresses, towels to a place convenient for you. They ask how they can help and what else is needed. The food is great - both buffet and A la Carte restaurants. Restaurants can be booked by calling 224 two days in advance. We visited 4 restaurants and meat lovers should go to the Brazilian restaurant. I love cheese - there were many types, but it is a pity that there is no white mold. I hope that other RIXOS hotels have it)
The area is large and beautiful. You can use the water park of the neighboring RIXOS hotel - the shuttle goes regularly to the neighboring hotel. Hotel 16+ - adults only. Every evening the program - a disco before dinner, different programs at 21-30. Now we have decided that we will visit this chain of hotels as often as possible.
