My husband and I spent a wonderful, unforgettable week at the beautiful and comfortable Rixos Hotel, it was our honeymoon trip for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel was very pleased with its territory, service, and the attitude of all hotel staff towards their guests with respect and care. Everything in this hotel is aimed at providing a secure, comfortable, memorable and joyful stay for its guests. We got the room based on all our preferences - spacious, the bed is huge, TV, standard furniture, a large balcony overlooking the sea, the bathroom is also large. Everything is clear. Linen and towels are fresh daily. Perhaps, for a premium class hotel, a picky guest would have considered the entourage of the room not quite consistent with the concept of SUPER, but we wanted to see joy in everything - and we saw it. The minibar was filled daily, and if we had any requests, questions, desires for bar drinks or additional cosmetic accessories, the guest relations department reacted instantly, showing maximum attention and goodwill.

On the very first evening, on our wedding anniversary, a compliment from the hotel was delivered to our room in the form of a huge basket of fruits, a vase with oriental sweets, nuts, a cake and a bottle of Shaherizade wine! It was very nice and pleasant! Thanks again! The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, with flowers, large - golf carts constantly ply around the territory and bring their guests up at their first request. The drivers are all very friendly and sociable.
We went to rest exclusively ON THE SEA, so we did not go to the pools. The sea is beautiful! Corals - there are many different fish, the pontoon is not long. There is a lagoon with sand for swimming near the shore - it is also full of fish! Beach umbrellas stand at a private distance from each other - everything is convenient. Towels on the beach are issued innumerable, at the first request of the guest. The boys on the beach help to settle down - install sunbeds, and, if necessary, a fence from the wind, and bring towels. Note on the lounger - many are already outdated, worn and washed out. But we chose good ones and covered them with soft and bright beach towels! The main restaurant offers its guests a varied delicious menu. Everything is delicious, freshly squeezed strawberry and mango juices are my favourites! Wide selection of everything! Everything is clean, they constantly wipe it with different means, there are hand sanitizers, masks, gloves, if someone needs it! Hotel employees are wearing masks, guests are without.
