On the 6th day of rest in the beautiful Rixos Sharm El Sheikh hotel, I am writing my review in live mode. Everything is in order. The staff and service can be compared with the mechanism of a Swiss watch (I have never seen anything like this anywhere)!!! ! Everything they have is very organized, they warn every desire. We were upgraded, given a fresh new room after renovation, in a quiet area. Air conditioning works correctly, comfortable pillows, crisp white linen. Perfect daily cleaning. Very very clean and well maintained area. Everyone smiles, wishes a good rest and does not hint at a tip. The food is very tasty and varied, for breakfast in the main restaurant, red fish is in abundance and not only. Delicious coffee and all other drinks deserve the highest praise. I would like to mention the Ala Carte restaurants: Brazilian, Turkish, Asian, seafood - above all praise!! ! Where cooks cook, everything sparkles with perfect cleanliness (I looked into the kitchen). After dinner, the chef comes up and asks if everything was okay, and in the Brazilian restaurant, chef Andrew himself brings his works of art. I am a big critic, but here I have nothing to complain about)). And the best and most pleasant thing about this hotel is the attitude of Alexandra's Gastronation. This wonderful girl solves all issues and is the real decoration of this hotel. My husband had a birthday on May 18, so she organized a real holiday for us. The room was decorated with inscriptions and flowers, and in the evening a special surprise awaited us in the Turkish restaurant: a table in flowers and candles, congratulations from the staff in the form of songs with tambourines, a personalized cake with candles, it was so cute and nice!!! ! I will ask the hotel management to note her impeccable attitude to her work, she made our vacation unforgettable and colorful. I think this is the top hotel on the Red Sea coast), and we will definitely come back here! Big respect to the owner of the hotel!!! !
