Two adults and two children.
As usual, I will try to break my review into 2 parts:
1. Objective. Only the facts without my opinion is it good or bad.
2. Subjective. My disgusting IMHO. : )
So, part one.
1. Territory, infrastructure.
The territory is large. Everything is neat. Greenery is not very much. Grass and palm trees. There are a lot of 4 or 5 pools (they pass into each other and you can count more). There are children. There are 3 slides.
2. Numbers.
We lived in building 3. Therefore, only about him. The room is big. TV LSD 32. Inputs are HDMI and tulips. 2 Russian channels ORT and RTR. There are 40 channels in total. The beds are large and hard enough. Safe. The deluxe has a kettle.
The bathroom is big. It has a bath, shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, hair dryer.

3. Sea and beach. The beach is very big. For all the time I have not seen that all the trestle beds were filled. One pontoon. 150 meters. Sometimes it is crowded. The sea is almost always closed until noon. After lunch - most often a white flag, but the waves are big. The current is strong enough. There are no toilets on the beach.
4. Nutrition. It exists and there is a lot of it. : ) One main restaurant. Breakfast lunch and dinner there. There is a bar on the beach where you can have lunch. A la carte restaurants 4 pcs. Egyptian, Italian, Indian, Chinese. In a week you can visit 1 time in each. If more than a week - you can again.
5. Animation. It consists of aerobics, gymnastics and volleyball in the morning in the "Russian" pool. There is no evening animation. Local artists are invited. There is a children's disco.
6. The contingent of tourists. When we were there, there were a lot of Russian-speaking people, I think about 60-70%. English-speaking 20%, Arabs up to 10%. Quite a lot of Poles.
Part two. Subjective. My disgusting IMHO. ))
The experience of holidays in Egypt is not very great. This hotel is the third. Never been to Nabq before. And after this time, we won't do it again. I didn’t even know that there could be such a wind in the charm! At night it just howled!
In my deep conviction, you need to go to Egypt only because of the sea. And there is a problem with him in this hotel. 4 full days out of our 10 the sea was completely closed. One day completely white flag. The rest of the red flag before lunch - white after lunch. The current is strong enough. With me, the rescuer pulled out a mother with a child. Could not swim up to the pontoon against the current. The reef at the hotel is very weak IMHO! So who is overseas is not here.
In general, the hotel made a strange impression on me. Big, beautiful . . as if everything is there, but at the same time it seems that they are constantly underperforming.
This applies to literally everything.

Meals in the main restaurant. It seems that they have the number of dishes in the first place. There are really a lot of them. But for example potatoes were always undercooked. Omelet is cooked in 2 places in the morning. But the chefs fry it so leisurely that it is unrealistic to take an omelette without standing in line for 5-6 people. Nearby, the same cook, as it were, fries waffles and, next to him, he, as it were, fries pancakes. Naturally, there is nothing from what he fries. As there are no utensils. Realistically, if you arrive at the restaurant on time, you face queues, but if you only linger, everything gets worse. Some kind of disaster at lunch with spoons and constantly with cups. They simply don't exist. Who had time to drink. The rest wander around looking for cups. . some manage to drink from plates for the first one. Fortunately, they are the size of a large cup. I am generally not picky about food and the quality of service in a restaurant in such hotels, but I really got sick of looking for dishes.
Near the pool, as it were, drinks are poured. Again queues. The bartender worked normally only one day, when a man stood behind him and constantly wrote down something. It was a holiday! The rest of the time you don't even want to go there. Even if you were lucky and they poured you, for example, beer - into a 180 ml glass. Naturally, he drinks immediately, but there is absolutely no desire to stand again. If someone from the administration reads this review - gentlemen, do not spare the money, buy cups, spoons and forks in the main restaurant ! ! And there is a rational proposal to pour beer into 100 gr glasses. Then no one will go at all and you will save even more! ; )
Now with pool seats. If you don't throw in the towel before breakfast, you won't lie down. Or rather, maybe you will find a place, but you will have to forget about the umbrella. They are sorely lacking. The hotel is huge. It is probably calculated that half will be on the beach, then maybe everything will be ok. But when there is a red flag on the beach in the morning, everyone goes to the pools! There are no seats! Moreover, the hotel has some kind of strange system and you can hand over a towel only where you took it. For example, I took it in the morning by the pool. You must hand it over at the same place! It would seem that such a thing, passed and went to the beach after dinner. All right. But there are no more towels on the beach! After dinner, it is unrealistic to take them there! As well as hand over in the evening. No more cards! There is always something missing. Once again I say, the hotel is huge, and it seems to me that they are not counting something correctly.
Next, a little about the gym. He also seems to be! In fact, it is a standard room with 3 (three! ) simulators: a bike, a treadmill, and a dumbbell rack. Those. more than 2 people together there is unrealistic . . well, except to look in the mirror. Well guys . . a huge hotel in the name of which there are three words out of 4: premier, grand and also the royal has such a kind of hall. Ashamed. )))

More. This is the first hotel in which the pontoon, even if you are very lucky and the morning is calm, will open only at 9 am! I think everyone knows that in the morning the water is clearer and there are more fish. But no! They won't let you in. In other hotels, I got up at 6 am and went swimming. And it's not hot, and there are no people, and there are more fish. But not in this hotel. Absolutely closed!
As for 3 and 4 buildings. Indeed, for some reason, they are inhabited mainly by the Russian-speaking population. Although there were Arabs and Poles. These buildings are the most distant and were located behind the reception. Until the 14th. On the 14th, a new reception opened. The building overlooking the road just near (between) 3 and 4 buildings. On the second floor there is a reception, and on the first floor there is a restaurant!!! ! This is what this hotel lacked! I think now they will solve the problem with queues. Maybe forks and spoons will suffice. )) Really, there were not enough places for food in the hotel. I think they understood it too. I hope everything will be top notch.

Now for my question about the deluxe room. Pegasus has a Superior and a Deluxe. Allegedly, the deluxe is larger and there is a bathrobe, slippers, a kettle, and upon arrival they give fresh fruit to the room and a bottle of wine.
For 10 days, I paid more for the deluxe by about 150 ye. I responsibly declare that you should not repeat my mistakes. There was wine upon arrival (0.5l. Local. So-so) There were 4 fruits, there was a small kettle. All. When I asked the guide the next day, what is the difference between a deluxe and a superior, she asked me: “Is there a kettle? ”. I say yes.
